Complete the Guest Portal within 24 hours of booking (rental agreement, ID, vehicle info). The signed STR agreement is due no later than 15 days before arrival.
Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Keep outdoor noise low; fire pit must be out by 10 PM. Hot tub and patio are okay after 10 PM with quiet use only.
Pre-approved, non-shedding dogs under 50 lbs welcome (fees apply). No cats. Only registered guests may access the property.
No RVs, campers, tents, events, or parties. All guests must sleep inside the home.
No commercial trailers, boats, or commercial vehicles to be driven on the property.
Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only.

Host had great communication and was very accommodating. Lots to do in a great, quiet, neighborhood. Quick beach access was great. Perfect place for a family with young kids.

We had an amazing and relaxing time. Mo was the perfect host and all we had to worry about was how to fit in doing all the awesome stuff in the house in only two days. Would definitely love to come back.

Loved it. Posted on FB how much fun we all had. We had so much to do inside and outside that it didn’t matter it rained. Would recommend this home and am starting to look at another stay with my siblings next time.
