Your family and friends will delight in this immaculate, roomy home with terrific kid-friendly amenities in a residential area on the north end of Seaside. It’s easy walking to both the beach and the estuary, and there’s so much to explore! You’ll love lounging in the spacious living room with its hardwood floors, comfy sofas and TV/DVD. Dining is easy from the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with seating for 12. Outdoors a fully fenced yard will contain the kids while you soak in the hot tub; they can also catch a game of ping-pong or dual-shot basketball arcade in the garage. The clean nautical decor continues in the upstairs, which includes three bedrooms and a landing with a queen futon-sleeper. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king bedroom also has a twin daybed. The large third bedroom has a Queen bed, twin bed, bunk bed with twin on top and full size on the bottom as well as lots of lively kite decor for the kids.
There is no end of outdoor activities from this home. Since the beach is 800 feet away, sandy feet will enjoy the hot-water outdoor shower. You can also access boogie boards, kites, raingear and clamming, fishing or crabbing gear from the garage. Walk to the nearby Necanicum Estuary and watch Great Blue Herons and other birds from the boardwalk and viewing deck. Ready for more? Property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and inviting. An abundance of supplies for the kitchen ranging from various pieces of utilities or just the shelves of seasoning and other things. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of room to sleep multiple people. Included amenities in the garage as well as in the living room and game room upstairs were nice additions that my party didn’t even fully have a chance to use. Also, while the property only listed 2 bathrooms, there’s actually 2.5 which was nice. Two full bathrooms upstairs and then a smaller half one downstairs. Property was also a short walk from the beach. Overall the property was more than worth it. There were a few problems however. The utensils for the grill were rusted over and we ended up having to go to the nearby Safeway to grab new ones. We were made aware that the hot tub may or may not have been broken due to an alleged malfunction with the jets. The hot tub ended up working fine, but we never got concrete communication on whether it was going to be fine to use from the host. Then the last thing is in the ocean themed room with a bunk bed, there’s a closet with an abundance of blankets. One of my friends decided to use one of the blankets in the closet to take a nap on the couch and ended up finding a used wrapper from a panty liner still on the blanket. So be weary of some of the things in the property before use. But those three things were just small things as is. Still a great property overall.

Kitchen was the most stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen! It was a beautiful home however the cleanliness was a huge disappointment. The siding glass doors had smudges and smears all over it, the kitchen table had not been cleaned, had dried ketchup and food on it, two of the three bathrooms had hair on the sink and in the shower, the kite room the fence behind the beds is filthy has not been cleaned and I don’t know how long had spills and dirt all over it. I would’ve expected more for the price we paid for this home. When going on vacation you should never have to clean before you stay.
