Located in Seaside, this lovely house for $615 per night is a great option for your next break. Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect. Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows: Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 5pm(3/15-10/31) Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 12pm(3/15-10/31) However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early! Thank You for considering: ESCAPE MANOR presented by Seaside Vacation Homes. ESCAPE MANOR at Seaside Beach is ideally located close to the beach as well as down town dining, shopping and play! This home has been lovingly cared for without losing the charm of its original design. A fully stocked large kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space. Along with the master suite on the main floor, this home is set up with premium queen beds for ten people and temporary sleeping via queen hide-a-bed for two. For families with infants a nice crib is available for their use in one of the bedrooms. There is adequate parking for four vehicles and a grassy back yard for outdoor play. The game room has a bumper pool table, flat screen TV and small refrigerator + microwave. This brings the house to 6br 3.5 baths with two common spaces to spread out in! Don’t wait to book as there are very few 6br homes in Seaside that offer this level of amenities and it fills quickly every year for prime dates! Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. This was our first stay at Seaside. Twelve family members in all. Everyone had a wonderful time. Weather was just about perfect. House was nice, just not quite what I envisioned.

This is an amazing home. We enjoyed our time sitting around the large kitchen table, lounging in the living room, and making the short walk to downtown. The fact that this home is centrally located is a huge plus.

Overall the house was great and a good fit for 3 coaches and their families with kids for a weekend basketball tourney in Seaside! The location was nice due to the relatively close proximity to the beach and downtown Seaside. Would stay again if we are in Seaside (admittedly not my favorite coastal town)

There are tons of things that are wonderful about this property and a few things you might want to consider. Here is my thoughts in no particular order:
- the person who sleeps off the kitchen will have the washer/dryer and access to the hot tub as well as loading and unloading vehicles. It is also drafty and cold at night bring extra blankets.
- kitchen is pretty nice, lots of dishes. if you are a cook and plan on cooking meals, you will need to bring your own cooking box (spices, pots, pans, etc) there are some but again it is a rental so think used well. Also there were not any dishes/cups for kids. We found one plate and that was it, we had a toddler so made it difficult with all glassware in the house. The kitchen isn't laid out for logic but all things are kept clean, my suggestion is you go through and take time to organize what is there.
- lots of hot water was a plus with so many adults in the house
- house was quiet when everyone needed space, you could go into the rooms and no really hear others unless door was open.
- when we was there none of the TV's worked and it also seemed that there was a stereo systems but we couldn't figure it out, so we ended up never using the TV for movies. They are also not smart TV's so you will not be able to stream. Internet was great and they did use for gaming.
- heat works well, but due to ocean and time of year we all had no slip sipper socks or slippers (HIGHLY advise). If you are cold easily our suggestion is to bring lap blankets.
- Seems that all bathrooms are slightly added as they remodeled, so they are unique sizes. Showers are small and can feel cramped but its is winter so contributed to all the tile being so cold. Fans do help but might bring poop-r-ee just saying.
- Lights went out during a small storm when we was there, we had a hard time finding any emergency lighting. We ended up eventually finding a box in the kitchen, but would have helped to be clearly marked for safety purposes.
- the listing gives the impression that you will have really nice beach access, so to be fair, I will say, you are about 2/3 blocks away and your house faces east and their is a tiny home across who likes to watch all that you and your guests/family do.... think they are local you are not then you will understand.
- Master bedroom bed is a spring bed and very springy. Bedding fresh tons of pillows.
-Overall I give it a 4 out of 5 for experience/home/setting/etc.

Great Place to Stay
Our book club of 7 women stayed here and it was WONDERFUL! The home was comfortable and clean and easily accommodated all of us. The Hot Tub was super great and an amazing location super close to the beach and town. Highly recommend!

The home was nice and roomy and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect holiday getaway for my family. It's just two blocks from the beach and about 4 blocks to bumper cars, pronto pups, candy stores, etc. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

A lovely getaway
This is a clean and tidy, well-appointed and well-supplied house! In addition, the property management team was super helpful and responsive. It was a wonderful "home-base away from home" for our fun adventure to the coast and kitsch of Seaside!

Wonderful older yet Updated Home
The house was perfect for our larger family. We had couples with small children who had plenty space in their rooms for pack’n’plays, spaced out rooms so those who preferred to stay up or were louder could be down on the 3rd floor. It was a nice, short walk to the beach without being right on the shore which was nice. The house was overall very accommodating. The only draw was the limited drinking cups, and few extra blankets and towels. Other than that the home and stay were extremely lovely.

My family had a great getaway in Seaside at this house. It was historic without feeling outdated and the rooms and bathrooms were super clean. It's great how close the property is to the beach and downtown. Definitely walkable! Really enjoyed our time here.

Summer fun
The beach house was nice. Great location. The bathroom by the kitchen wasn’t functional beyond an extra space for an adult to sleep. It was the laundry room and the hallway to the back door and jacuzzi. Plenty of room overall. There’s no AC, but most days you don’t need it. If that’s an important factor, consider. The neighbor houses are quite close. I had made uncomfortable eye contact with the girl smoking on her porch next door when going to the bathroom. Shades closed and lesson learned. Overall decent place and a higher quality house

Great Location and Pet Friendly
We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO location. There were 6 bedrooms, so plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a hit, and we were able to bring our dog, which was a bonus. The location was near beach and downtown Seaside... we had little ones and we could easily walk. The home had been updated and was a charming Craftsman style.
