Located in Seaside, this lovely house for $528 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Photo #3 is a Youtube video tour link. Not very intuitive but VRBO doesn't offer a better option. Note regarding Covid-19; My cleaning crew has been with me for 13 years and they are outstanding. We have adopted CDC and Oregon Health Authority guidelines but have taken it a step further and are incorporating additional measures to provide a clean and safe environment for you and your family and friends. Please inquire if you would like additional information regarding disinfecting. Welcome to Brezza Marina! All you need to do is read our testimonials and look at our pictures on this site to understand your search is over. Our Seaside home is the very finest Seaside has to offer. The location and quality of this home is unmatched. 757 S. Prom, Seaside, located on the Promenade just a few blocks South of the famed 'Turn Around.' This location is the best Seaside has to offer. A stunning unobstructed oceanfront view, just steps to the promenade and only one hundred feet from stairs leading to the sand. Our home is newly constructed, finished in February of 2007. We tore down a badly deteriorated home and replaced it with two new homes, each sharing a common soundproof wall. Our home is 3000 square feet on three levels, five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two gas fireplaces, washer and dryer, decks front and back, two car garage, gas barbeque, a fleet of cruiser bicycles, wireless internet, 2 color TV's, VHS & DVD, stereo with speakers on basement and main levels with an IPOD attachment for the stereo. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with supplies. Our occupancy permit limits guests to a maximum of twelve. On the basement level you will find one bedroom with a full size bunk bed capable of accommodating four children or two adults. On the main floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and sliding glass door to the rear deck. The upstairs has a smaller master bedroom with the best view in the house. French doors open onto a loft area with a stunning ocean view. This room has a queen bed and access to the upstairs bathroom. Two more bedrooms are found upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with a set of full size bunk beds (full on top and full on the bottom). Futons can be found on the loft and lower level. This makes nine sleeping surfaces for those that don't want to share. No Pets and No Smoking. NOTE: Summer stays require a 5 night minimum however shorter blocks may be available. Keywords: House

I was looking for a space that could accommodate a small group of adults comfortably. The home was well equipped and clean. The location was unbeatable and Mike was a wonderful host. I would recommend this host and this location as well as considering staying there again.

We loved the house, the location and the amenities! The kids could play at the beach, while the adults enjoyed cooking and spending time together in the open and spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen area.

This property is wonderful and right on the promenade, which makes it easy to walk to Broadway. The host responded and communicated well and instructions are in a notebook and easy to follow. We had a wonderful time and walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go and watched beautiful sunsets.
We will definitely try to get this home again when our office "team building" weekend is in Seaside and was agreed upon by all.

Its all about location here! The activity on the Prom is super fun. Great proximity to downtown with shopping, restaurants and coffee! The beach just a few steps away. We had a wonderful time and would love to make it back someday!

We booked this property for a family girl’s trip with 4 generations—ages 18 months to 82. It was perfection. The ocean views were dreamy, we loved the short walk to the beach, and there was lots of space for everyone. Very clean and comfortable.

The condo is right on the beach with awesome view of the waves! The sitting area on the main level is a nice spot to drink your coffee and watch people and dogs go by on the boardwalk. The property is well stocked with towels and beddings. The unit also comes with washer and dryer. We will return!

This is a gorgeous house on the Promenade. It is immaculately clean and well maintained. The furnishings are comfortable, the view is outstanding, the beach access is beyond compare, and there was plenty of room for our party to gather together around the fire in the great room, or find personal space in the loft or the well-furnished basement.
We had three generations in the house for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We didn’t want our time to end and plan to return in the future.
Many thanks to Mike for the ease of check in and check out, his thoroughness in explaining everything we needed to know, his immediate response when we had questions, and how cheerful and helpful he was on the phone. He was a pleasure to work with!

This property was perfect! We were celebrating a birthday and wanted to enjoy the beach regardless of the weather! Seaside in December is beautiful. Beach front property with 3 levels to where anyone could enjoy the view. The fireplaces were our favorite among the bikes! This place has bikes for everyone and we enjoyed them greatly! Communication was perfect as well!

We had a great time celebrating thanksgiving together at the beach. There was plenty of room to spread out for all 12 of us. Check/Checkout was easy. We had a great time walking the Prom and several of our party participated in the turkey trot on thanksgiving day. The only thing that could have been better is if there was a bathroom on the basement floor.

Myself and another student leadership advisor had a small group of teenage student leaders with us for our stay as part of a student leadership conference in Seaside. The location of this property is absolutely outstanding. The kids enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, playing card games at the table near the big fireplace, and riding bikes around downtown Seaside. You can't beat the comfort and quality of this house, and you certainly can't beat the view. Thank you, Mike!

We booked a weekend in Seaside for a siblings trip. This house was perfect. It was located as close to the turn around as you can get while having a private home. Very spacious and updated. All of the beds were comfortable and the views were breathtaking. The owner was very kind and easy to reach if needed but we didn’t need to ask for anything because the house had it all. Including a binder with any detail you would want/need about the house. We are talking about making this a yearly trip since we had so much fun.

Right on beach. A little bit further from the promenade than we thought but still a good location. Beautiful accommodations but lots of stairs! We had three of us with bad knees so made it hard . Downstairs doesn't have a bathroom. The only TV's are downstairs and the main level master bedroom. Thought was a bit odd not to have one in the main living area but it kinda forced you to just enjoy each other, the view of the ocean and chilling which wasnt bad. We would stay again if it weren't for all the stairs because it really was a delightful place

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The upfront communication from the property manager was timely clear and concise and made the booking and check in a breeze. The place itself was so clean beautiful and well equipped for an extended stay. The location is amazing for people of all ages, located right on the promenade on the beach. Easy access to many things to do….. shops restaurants you name it! I would highly recommend this place. My family and I will definitely be back.

Beautiful home
This was a beautiful vacation home, excellent location, beautiful view, and plenty of room for our group of 10. The parking situation can be a bit tricky if the neighbors have more than two cars in the driveway, but we were able to carefully maneuver around them.
Our group included a 2 year old, and two older adults so the amount of stairs were somewhat problematic. Wouldn’t recommend this house for anyone with kids that don’t know how to navigate the stairs well, or any elderly members of the group that have trouble with stairs.
