Smith House: is a 6 bedroom house located Ocean Front on Seaside's Promenade. 4 of the bedrooms and the living room all have Ocean Front Views and the ability to open windows and partake in the lovely ocean breeze. From the large grass yard to being a short walking distance to downtown you will never be bored in the house. Perfect home for a family gathering in Seaside! *Parking for 4 Vehicles. All VEHICLES MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE IN/THROUGH GARAGE. Garage height is 6 ft 7 inches, so only cars and smaller SUV. No Street parking allowed. Summer 2024 - This home has a 7 night minimum starting on Fridays each week. Bookings made on any other day of the week will be subject to cancellation unless guest can adjust stay to Friday to Friday. We do not take reservations for less than 2 nights at this time.
