Located in Seaside, this charming house for $343 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Max occupancy 12 including children 6BR/ 2 -1/2 bath 2 Queen 3 Full 2 Twin Parking for 4 vehicles only, Street parking is prohibited Smart TV with Roku or Bring your own Xfinity or Comcast log in info with you With ocean views from just about every room this home is full of beauty and charm. Originally owned by a stained glass maker there are works of stained glass throughout this home that introduce artistry and old world charm into your vacation. Enjoy the works of art as you relax in this large comfortable home and marvel at the views of the ocean. Open the windows and listen to the ocean as it lulls you to sleep while the crickets chirp their joyful songs. There is plenty of room for everyone. Find your favorite spot to relax. Downstairs has living room with 4 couches, piano, sitting room, library, den, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The Bedroom Off of the family room has a Quees size bed and a Skylight, it's the closest to the bathroom. The other is off of the kitchen and has a full size bed. There is 1 TV that has cable TV with a DVD. There is a 2nd TV with built in VCR for VHS viewing only. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms plus a half bath. The first bedroom on the Left has a full size bed, the Second bedroom on the Left has a Queen size bed, The First bedroom on the Right has a Full and the Last bedroom on the Second floor has 2 twins. Lovely deck on front and back with ocean views, charming interior and artisan stained glass throughout. Just steps to the Prom and beach. No cable Smart TV with Roku and other streaming stations Log into your own viewing accounts DVD Player 300mbps with a repeater for total house reception. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!! NO SMOKING MUST BE 25 TO RENT

Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s big and roomy and also cozy and quaint. We were 10 people, including five teens and an old guy in a wheelchair and it was perfect. It’s very sound-proof, with lots of rooms to spread out and a huge dining table that fit us all. Kitchen has everything you need. Front room is giant, with space for all ten of us. Two showers that worked great. Just enough towels for ten of us, but there’s a washer and dryer. One tv and very good wifi.
Super close to beach, and ten minute walk to downtown.

Such a great house for an extended family group! Plenty of rooms for all, plus three different large shared spaces, a big kitchen, and some lovely little nooks here and there. Also a nice deck out back.

Lots of rooms to spread out in or snuggle up and relax. Great location steps from the Prom and beach. The craftsmanship of the wood and stained glass throughout the house is amazing. I wish I could read the history of the house and those who lived in it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The house lay out works great for kids and adults. The location was perfect and the access to the beach was great.
All of the beds are very comfortable and lots of extra bedding was provided!

The living spaces were perfect for a large family to gather and talk with little areas for children to retreat to and have their own spaces. Beds were small, but we are an abnormally tall family. Not state of the art but perfect for a family with kids….we will be back

We had a great time. Loved the space. Across the street from the beach! It Could of used another shower, only have 2. In general, the home worked out well for our large group. But there are only 2 queens! It was advertised as 3 queens. Double beds are small to share.

But the house itself more than made up for the outdated stove. The kitchen was convenient. It was really nice having 2 fridges. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. I would want to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

We had our Easter celebration here; not expecting to have all of the pots and pans needed for a large family gathering; but they have everything and more! The location is right at the public parking at the end of the promenade; beautiful views! We couldn’t be more pleased; we hope to come back again in the future. BUT lovely old house doesn't outweigh the fact that the house was not clean when we arrived, the stove has two (out of 4) burners that tilt badly, the dishwasher can only be run when nothing else is running or it blows the circuit. There was no internet all weekend, and the advertised grill is a rust heap that I would be afraid to light, much less cook on. Plenty of dishes, towels and bedding, games, TV's, but it's hard to cook for 12 when the stove is wonky, and hard to have a toddler crawling around when the floors are dirty and have small candies, etc. around for babies to find.What it has going for it is the amazing location, about 50yds from the beach. But the tools, dirty mophead, and empty McDonald's cup on the kitchen counter top, dead coffee in the coffee maker, dirty floors, etc. makes one less confident that the bathrooms and sheets are truly clean. Especially in covid time, this is not reassuring. It's some appliance maintenance, purchasing, and deep cleaning away from a quality property. Minus that, it stops being quaint and becomes an expense that is not worth it.

Great House, Close to the Beach!
We rented this house for a family trip and it was perfect. A short walk to the beach, steps from the promenade and a half mile to the Seaside aquarium and the main drag in town. So great!
