Nestled in Seaside, this attractive house for $392 per night is a great option for your next break. Kick off your shoes and relax at A Loafer’s Paradise. This large Seaside Oregon beach house has something for everyone. With more than 190 5-star reviews, this versatile vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 beach combers, large and small. For starters, this restful retreat offers 4-bedrooms and 3-baths complete with beautiful Oregon coastline views. Located only one house back from the beach, this three-level Seaside vacation rental has plenty of elbow room for multi-family or group beach getaways. Whether you want to relax on the deck while taking in the ocean view, work on a puzzle, watch a DVD movie or enjoy a game of foosball or pool in the game room, there’s plenty of things to do inside A Loafer’s Paradise. Of course, you can’t loaf without internet, so we provide FREE WiFi. This Seaside beach house has a large living room with a cozy gas fireplace and TV with DVD/CD player. The house also includes forced air heating to help you stay warm during those crisp winter nights. For sleeping, there are 3 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 bunk beds sleeping four. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD player. You will also find a collection of more than 50 DVD movies. No family beach gathering is complete without a fully equipped kitchen including cookware, coffee pot, microwave and updated appliances. While bed linens are provided, please bring your own beach towels and blankets for use on the beach. Jeff and Ana are gracious hosts, who wish you a comfortable and pleasant stay in their beach home. The house was in a great location and very well stocked! The entire family had a fantastic time, plenty of room to spread out! Jeff was very easy to work with- great communication. We would definitely go again!

We had 8 people (my family, my in-laws, and my sister-in-law with her husband). Plenty of room in the house and never even felt like we had to wait for showers. Kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans ,etc) for everything we wanted to make and the kids enjoyed the games downstairs.
The walk to get to the water on the beach was a little longer than expected, but you are literally across a street from the beach. My in-laws who are moving a little slower just enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the waves as the sun went down.
There was a small hiccup but I won't even mention what bc Jeff communicated promptly and it didn't bother any of our plans. Highly recommend the place, you won't be disappointed.
Also, make sure to go to the beach at low tide. If you look close you can find you dinner 😁

This property was perfect for our 3 generation 6 member family. The number of bedrooms, baths and room to spread out made it great. The location to the beach access couldnt be better, right out the door. A small item at checkin was promptly addressed after a call with the owner. He was very accessable and helpful with questions before the trip as well. Grest family home. Thank you

A fantastic home for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool table downstairs was a hit. Fairly easy walk to the beach. Sand toys, frisbee and kites available for extra fun. A well equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer made life easier.

It was Nice home cozy. Plenty of room for lots of people. That's where perfect by any means but there's no place like home. Wish there been some more smoke detectors. We're all it was a good time though

A group of 4 women stayed at this property for 5 nights and we were very comfortable! Beach access cannot be beat, neighborhood is quiet, and the house was more than enough for us. Suggestion for instructions on use of appliances and AV system as it wasn’t intuitive to us. We’d happily return to this rental if in the area!

House was dirty needs a good deep clean. Mostly kitchen, and main living room dinning area. Bathrooms were clean at least! The furniture in the living room smelt bad. It said no pets but there definitely had been pets in there. Found cat food under furniture and smelt like poo. Kitchen did not have enough paper towels or trash sacks. Also no cleaning supplies vacuum didn't even hardly work!! Needs two regular trash cans outside if accomodations are for 12 guest. Once we were at the property couldn't get a hold of property manager took a couple days for him to get back to us via text. Wouldn't answer calls!! We still enjoyed our stay together and it was convenient to town and it was cheaper than most anything I could find. I will not be staying there again.

What a great house! The pictures don't even do it justice. The place is huge. It's far enough north that you can have the beach to yourself but still just a 20 minute walk to all the Broadway action. We stayed here for a week and had absolutely everything we needed. The owner is a great communicator, too. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

The house is great for family vacation. It's bright with lots of windows and natural light. It has a great layout, large living room and dining area. The basement was a fun hangout for the grandkids with the pool table. The owner Jeff was very accommodating with the few hickups we encountered during our stay. I'd highly recommend this rental.

This is a large house one row in from the Pacific Ocean.
Our family of 7 had plenty of room and spent much time
walking on the beach in both high & low tide collecting
Sand Dollars. Our week+ had wonderful weather as we were coming from the Southeast & wanted some cool. Would recommend to all.

It was an older home but still very functional and comfortable. Really enjoyed the large table that allowed everyone room to play games. We had a great time and make lots of memories!

All in all, we had a good stay. Sometimes accidents happen.

Wonderful home away from home!
We had so much fun!! Our age range was 5 to 53…a fantastic time was had by all! The house had everything we needed! Kitchen fully stocked! Lots and lots of fun games! So much room and we enjoyed every moment! Just across the street from the beach and we could hear the waves! Loved it! The kids wanted to move right in and we are all ready for a return trip!
