About this house rental
Beautiful house near the Mountains of the San Felipe Valley. The house is new, it has 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, lots of light and ventilation. Very cool during the Summer. The areas of the Terraces are spectacular, since from there you can see the City of Oaxaca and on the other hand the Hills of San Felipe.
It has all the services and a fitted kitchen with all the appliances.
It has a pool and a large and spacious garden with a wooden area outside just for playing cards, dominoes or any other board game.
It has wifi and speakers to listen to music and tv to watch series.
The location of the house is easily accessible. There is also a 24-hour taxi service and nearby there is a local bus station as well as motorcycle taxi drivers. In front of the house there is a miscellany for you to stock up on what you need upon arrival.
Cleaning service and breakfast and / or food are provided at an additional cost. A special chef is also provided if required.

We had a great stay. Angeles was extremely kind and helpful. Always willing to make us feel home and trying hard to give us a hand in any situation we needed help. The house is nice with a pool that we enjoyed (although it does not get heated) every day with real sunny days. The house is 20 minutes away from downtown.
