Beautiful 40 m2 ground floor apartment completely renovated in 2018 with a large 19 m2 terrace and an adjoining shaded parking space of 28 m2. Ideal for a relaxing and sunny holiday
The kitchen is fully equipped, induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
Bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine. An outdoor solar shower for your return from the beach which is only 100 meters away.
Palavas town center is 150 meters from your accommodation.
Possibility of end of stay cleaning 60 euros,
Sheets can be loaned 10 euros / bed, bathroom towels 5 euros / person for the stay.

Apart from the pigeons which settled along the upstairs balcony rail and tended to mes on equipment on the terrace below we found the apartment to be ideal for our purposes. We really enjoyed our stay - helped by excellent weather of course - and found Cyril and Elenor to be most welcoming and helpful hosts
