About this cottage rental
Willyung Cottage is a historically listed stone cottage 12 kilometres from the CBD of Albany.
The cottage has two queen size bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, cooking facilities with a dining table and a bbq area.
The cottage has heating facilities and is very cool in summer because of the stone walls. It has TV, DVD.
All of the linen is provided and breakfast is supplied.

The cottage is ideal for a couple.

Quaint historic cottage. Very quiet peaceful location even in the stormy weather. Heating provided was more than adequate. Easy 10 minute drive to Albany. Huge bathroom though meal prep was a little limited due to small kitchenette. Friendly host that greeted us on arrival and nearby if needed but we did not see them again after they welcomed us. Breakfast was a bonus and set us up well for a big day of trekking and exploring around Albany.

The property was easy to find. Parking was simple and Greg met us on arrival. He'd even put some food into the fridge for us :). The heating was good, which was just as well as a cold snap hit and the heating was definitely needed. The bed was very warm and comfortable - such lovely soft sheets. The shower was quick to heat up and had a good water pressure. The property is on a road but traffic was not an issue. A lovely location.

Comfortable neat and tidy with lovely breakfast items provided which was very much appreciated. Close to town centre was ideal for exploring and then coming back to relax in a peaceful country surrounding. Host was very friendly and welcoming highly recommend.

The property could benefit from a good clean, cobwebbing throughout the interior and cooking equipment was not clean. The microwave was covered in food splatters from previous use and the kitchenette is very limiting in terms of space and location. The room configuration makes it inconvenient for more than two persons as the bathroom and kitchen are accessed off one of the bedrooms. On the plus side the beds were comfy and the location private and peaceful/good access to Albany town. Plan to eat out.
