The whole private 1493 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house and large yard with picnic table on a corner lot that borders private woods, wildlife and a quiet dead end street. Only 1 block walking distance to all the action such as, the Historic Colonial Theater on Main Street/route 302 and all the action in Bethlehem Village such as quaint shops, dining , such as Rek-lis restaurant and brewery along with free Gazebo music concerts in the Summer, close to hiking and bike trails also. Home is Sanitized between guests with clorox/lysol wipes, also Alcohol and peroxide cleaned. All bed linens washed between guests. Highest peak East of the Rockies with fresh mountain air. In the heart of the Beautiful White Mountains. Why drive when you can walk! Close to all White Mountain 4 season attractions, hiking, biking & skiing! Mount Washington, Cog, skiing and family entertainment parks. Oh! Also tax free shopping. ❄️ Please put toys back where they belong and put TV back on the right settings for our next guest. We had an a wonderful stay. The home was very well cleaned and welcoming. Perfect spot to walk into town and just 15min drive to ski Bretton Woods. We look forward to returning!

Clean, comfortable home in a very convenient location. Owner was responsive and provided great info on area. Pet friendly with beds, bowls, and outdoor run provided. The only drawback was the 15 steps to get to door, which would only have been a problem if older relatives had stayed with us.

Great house. Larger than we expected. Well stocked kitchen (although we couldn't find the coffee-maker). There was a Keurig. Great location. Hundreds of bears around the house, but none in the wild. Air conditioners must be nice in the summer, but in the fall we missed being able to open the windows in the bedrooms.

Nice home in a convenient locations for White Mountain adventures. A quick 15 minute drive to Littleton and Franconia to get and do everything that you need or want to do. Host was very accessible. We brought our dogs which was a nice bonus.

Dated modular home with a lot of decor. Kitchen a bit cluttered yet many tools you need to cook at home. 2 good restaurants within walking distance. Host was very responsive with any questions and or suggestions.

We had a wonderful week's stay at Bear Crossing. We wanted to explore the northern half of New Hampshire and couldn't have found a better base to do so. The house is cozily and abundantly appointed. Full kitchen, with everything you need to make meals. Washer/dryer, etc., allows you to keep packing to a minimum. Plenty of comfy beds for a restful sleep for a fully relaxing vacation. Pets and children are accommodated, again, in a most welcome manner along with plenty of appointments for their stay. Short travel distances to trails, parks and attractions. Walking distance of a few blocks to the main street of Bethlehem for supplies, shopping or a good meal. Marilyn is a wonderful hostess. Just a quick text away with any questions you may have. All in all, a perfect get away in a lovely location. We're planning on returning next year, highly recommend this home and Bethlehem, NH., if you want to explore Northern New Hampshire or just want a restful quiet stay in the woods.

It can be difficult sometimes to find rentals that are pet friendly and nearly impossible to find ones that don't have a pet fee! The area was nice and quiet and the house had all the amenities we needed.

Clean and spacious, this was perfect for our winter stay. Excellent, proactive communication from the owner about arrival, places to eat and fun things to do in the area. It snowed the night before so we wanted to check on whether it would be plowed. Owner was quick to respond and we found the property well plowed/shoveled for our arrival.

Lovely place that was so bright and cheerful right on the Hollywood Boardwalk. Every morning you were greeted by a spectacular sunrise, panoramic view of the ocean and multitudes of people enjoying their daily excursions on the boardwalk. So convenient to just step outside and you have arrived. Our host Anna was amazing!

Weather was stormy and she cared that the electricity could go out and communicated what to do if so. Also instructed on ice and offered plan for just in case something happened. Reassuring and stepped into our shoes which thwarted me becoming overly concerned.

Cozy house with all the comforts of home, and a much better equipped kitchen (perfect for preparing a Thanksgiving dinner). It was a great place to stay for some late fall hiking. Communication with the host was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. We also liked all the bear-themed decor.

Clean, lots of rooms, everything all on one floor, reasonable price and everything in the home and near by shopping. Plus we had two small dogs, no fighting or barking, and they lot it too a get away vacation for them. Going back nest year!!!!

Very homey house with all of the essentials that you prefer for a great stay. Location was convenient to so many popular sites like the Franconia Notch, Littleton, Clarks Bears. Easy walk to the lovely town of Bethlehem and we absolutely loved the Brew Pub that was close by. It was nice to be able to communicate directly with the owner.
