About this house rental
Nestled in North Padre Island, this lovely house for $280 per night is a great choice for your next trip. GREAT BEACH GETAWAY WITH PLENTY OF NEARBY ATTRACTIONS! Need additional room we have another condo with similar layout at the same site. Just ask. The big attractions and Gulf Coast charms of North Padre Island are all within easy reach. • White Cap Beach is only a block away has free public beach parking, showers and the North Padre Sea Wall. • JP Luby Surf Park is only a few minutes away and offers a haven for surfing, and kiteboarding. • Check out the turtle release. I have information in the guest book. • Take a hike on the Mustang Island State Park - one of numerous coastal parks in the area. • The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Museums and Hooks Baseball Stadium are about 30 minutes away. The Aquarium is awesome also includes dolphin show, and a splash pad for kids. Local dining options are right on your doorstep. • Walk 5 minutes to the waterside sports bar, Boathouse Bar & Grill. • Drive 3 minutes to awesome local seafood restaurants. o Padre Island Burger Company for classic burgers. There are many more options! The guest book has other options with pictures. SPACE This Townhome has everything your family needs for a memorable vacation. Start your day with a cup of coffee. After a fun-filled beach day, relax in spacious living room while the kids are playing upstairs. The downstairs area offers an open floorplan including the kitchen dining and living room. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy home cooked meals with full sized appliances and enough seating for all with a 8 person table and 2 more spots at the bar area. There is a BBQ pit on the spacious downstairs patio along with a picnic table and two comfy outdoor couches. Upstairs has three bedrooms all with walk in closets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and private bathroom with an oversized tub and shower and a smart tv. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The ‘kids’ room has four bunkbeds a smart tv bean bag chairs for the kids along with a retro arcade game to play. There is a complete bath and a loft area with a queen futon, the upstairs also has a small patio. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer and a community heat pool. We offer two designated parking spots (one in the garage, and one in the space labeled 602). Other vehicles can be parked in the street. Permit#016520

Great location, exactly what we wanted for a family get together. There was an issue with the kitchen sink and it was addressed quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall the place had what we needed or a store close. We enjoyed to short walk to the beach or the quick drive. The wagon and chairs made it nice to take to the beach what we needed. There were lots of little kid beach toys and a nice dome cover in the garage.
The pictures were not recent, so we were surprised by how worn & used the home looked. The place was not completely clean, burned out or missing light bulbs, sand in the loft bed, all but 1 board was broke & there were not many towels so we had to wash at the end of every day.
Owner was very to quick to respond and very helpful.

This condo is a great value for a beach stay. Not fancy or new, but well maintained and priced well. Operated by an excellent owner who truly cares about his guests, you will find comfortable beds, plenty of towels, loads of beach toys, chairs, and wagon available. There is plenty of space here for a large family, with a patio and bbq available out the back door. Only a minute to drive to beach parking, where showers and bathrooms are available. It’s an ideal location, also close to restaurants and grocery shopping. I highly recommend this condo.

This was the perfect place for our group to stay. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops and more. Our friends were staying across the street which was a great surprise. The house had room for all of us and a great seating area out the back.

We had a good stay, we did experience no hot water for little bit, but the owner was very responsive and extremely helpful. We felt so welcomed. We hope to rent from them again.

We had an amazing time at this condo. Plenty of room for seven adults. We enjoyed utilizing the grill, boogie boards, beach chairs. Lots to do in the area, including fishing, horseback, riding, aquarium, USS Lexington. We recommended it to friends of ours and they are booking to stay at the same place.

Really great family-friendly stay right around the block from the beach. It's only 20 minutes from Port Aransas or the National Seashore. We also took a day trip to San Antonio. The stay itself was great, plenty of room for the family and 2 big bedrooms. One bedroom has 4 bunk beds for the kids. We cooked several times and ate out others. We had two cars, one in the guest spot the other in the garage. The area is nice, safe, mostly condos. There's a small bar with good pizza and drinks right around the corner. The beach is literally around the block as well. Highly recommend!

Very nice place and really easy access to beach and town. The listing is as advertised. One exceptional standout was the Manger. Tim was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. Always quick to respond to questions.

We loved this place! It was probably more than big enough for my husband, father in law, toddler, and I. The back has a nice patio with lots of room to sit and grill though we didn't use it as we spent most of our time at the beach and ate out everywhere. There was also a big kitchen table, two couches, and an oversized leather chair. Very roomy! My son LOVED the giant home made connect 4 game in the dining room. I don't want to complain because it wasn't that big of a deal but just to address how well the owner took care of us. The bathroom downstairs for some reason was locked (not sure if it was our fault but again, not even a big deal as there are two bathrooms upstairs) and I sent him a message on vrbo just to let him know and he called me very shortly after and came out and fixed it which was really nice especially with it being after hours and something so small. The beach is just a 5 minute drive and even though we brought our own beach toys, we used theirs as they had TONS to use as well as a wagon. I love that they also had a washer and dryer so we're all going home with clean clothes and that's mom win if ya ask me.😂
Not related, but if you need a good place to eat, highly recommend making the trip to Port A and eat at Fins Grill & Icehouse or if you wants something close, Scuttlebutts. Both are so delicious and then Island Joe Coffee on your way home in the morning! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a family friendly home away from home!

Great place the location is a for heading to beach. Very quiet area. The beach items in the garage was plentiful and had everything we wanted and kids wanted. Great communication with Tim for checking in, checking out and during our stay. Would recommend for anybody as there is plenty of room.

My dad and step-mom were visiting from Switzerland and this was the perfect place for our family! My parents are very active and appreciated a great neighborhood to go on their morning run-- especially so close to the beach! My dog Huxley was very comfortable and the outdoor patio was perfect for rinsing him and us off after going to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking a variety of meals. Everything was very clean. This is a great place! Perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

We loved the place from the moment we entered. It's very homey, the home was clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and had a nice back yard spot for your dog. There was more than enough room for 9 people to sleep . The bathroom clean . The sofa was nice and comfortable made it feel like home. The TV had disney plus, Netflix and more for the kids, board games, cards. The water pressure was good. I appreciated the washer and dryer so I didn't have dirty clothes to take back home in the car. The water hose in the back and front helps you wash the sand off good before entering . The garage had many beach things for the whole family and chairs. There is a pool but we spent most the time on the beach. You can can walk to the beach from here it's a few blocks away. I will definitely stay here again.

Great communication from the property manager, plenty of room for multiple familes, and close to the beach. The beds are very firm, and the couch has some spots that are uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker though! Great stay.

will try and stay again next year. Close to beach; parking was an issue but only because people were trying to park in our assigned space. Plenty of safe parking on street right outside the condos. There is a garage but pretty small and only a small car or trailer will fit. Has very nice enclosed outside area for our two small dogs

I was impressed by the width of the unit. Most condo units are narrow. This was good size. Owner personally came by to fix the kitchen light at arrival. Real good guy.
