About this house rental
Located in Miramar Beach, this lovely house for $449 per night is a great choice for your next break. Experience Destin / Miramar Beach in a new way, stay in a house this year! Our vacation rental was designed for a comfortable stay with a boutique feel. We also have a second property near by with the same features and a new pool! Google VRBO listing 9351386. Private beach access is 300 yards away at the Surf Hut. Relax in the 11 foot by 24 foot private pool with secured wifi, 50" smart T.V.s in every room and a full kitchen. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed designing the space for you! Destin, Commons, Silver Sands and Grand Boulevard are with in a few miles! Sandestin Golf, Big Kahunas, Harbor Walk Village and Crab Island all with in a 15 min drive as well! All along scenic rout there are scooter rentals, Pompano Joes, Crab Trap and Henderson State park. We are located in a perfect spot to get to anything you need. 30A, Seaside, Grayton, South Walton, Rosemary are all 20 mins away if you head due east on HWY 98. Pool heater is in and added as an option. Pool heat set at 85 degrees and is $500 for a week (5-7 day) and $450 for a 4 day week. We do not take reservations for less than 4 days in the off season (October-March) The garage is not accessible at this property. The driveway holds two large vehicles or 3 small ones, street parking is prohibited. Golf cart is to only park on the driveway, not the grass. Unfortunately, we no longer accept groups under the age of 27. Pets are limited to a max of two dogs (under70lbs) Guest is responsible for canceling any reservation for any reason. Soft Shores Vacation rentals LLC will not issue a cancelation on their end for any reason, the guest will have to initiate that on their own. Again, under no circumstances will we initiate a cancelation or fulfill a request for us to cancel. Guest will cancel reservations 100% on their end if they wish to receive proper refund. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet included. Beach restaurants, Captain Dave's Seafood, Kenny D's, and Pompano Joe's restaurants are within walking distance with many restaurants of all types just a short distance away. For those who want to shop Southern Comfort is located close to Silver Sands Outlet Mall which is a vacation in its own right. Shoppers have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike, and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill. More great shopping can be found at Destin Commons outdoor mall. Enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, & Maui Nix Surf Shop to name a few. Stop for a bite to eat at Panera Bread, Chipotle, Red Brick Pizza, Zoe's Kitchen, or one of the other restaurants on site. More than just shopping the Destin Commons Center Plaza offers a soft-play kids' playground and a 49-head pop fountain. Community activities and entertainment are held throughout the year at Destin Commons. Visit AMC Destin Commons to catch the latest releases. Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events that are held at the Market Shops Green or the Center Plaza within the Village. Grand Boulevard offers stores such as Billabong, Brooks Brothers Country Club, J. Crew-at-the-beach, Sunglass Hut, & Tommy Bahama's Emporium as well as great dining at Tommy Bahama's, as well as great dining at Tommy Bahama’s, Flemings Prime Steak House, PF. Changs, Travinia Italian & Mitchell’s Fish Market. There is also a Boulevard 10 Cinema. For the golfers, several championship golf courses are within a short drive of the property including 4 courses in Sandestin, Regatta Bay, Kelly Plantation, and many more. Big Kahunas waterpark is a short drive and has numerous water slides and a lazy river, or visit The Track where mini-golf, water bumper boats, go-karts, and bungee jumping can be enjoyed. Our stay was absolutely awesome! We had minor hiccups that the hosts had zero problems addressing and was so efficient with responses. They accommodated our needs so well that even though we live here, if we ever need a staycation this is where we’ll be staying!

We had an amazing stay in this super cute dog friendly beach home. The neighborhood is adorable, very quiet and a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and restaurants. The home was very clean and perfectly accommodating. We loved that the dogs could hang out with us by the pool. We did bring a few gates to put up to block off the pool area, so they wouldn’t accidentally fall in, if we weren’t around. We will definitely be booking again. We absolutely love this property.

Golf cart was nice to have but didn’t keep battery charged for very long. Unable to use the garage which we didn’t like. pool could be heated for extra cost no thanks! It was advertised as 4 bedrooms but when we arrived a bedroom was no longer usable. This was never disclosed to us prior to arriving. Instead was made into a room with 2 very hard couches that 2 people had to sleep on No pillows or blankets for it. We called and did bring over 2 comforters. No hot water for 24 + hours; however owner very responsive to calls/texts to get it fixed. Unable to watch any local TV or unable to cast from Netflix etc. overall place clean but not immaculate. Paint missing on doors a little worn down etc. Grill wasn’t clean oven wasn’t clean. Master shower very small!

Check-in/Check-out process is flawless. The house is a advertised. Plenty of room for 9 adults. Beds are comfortable. Extremely close to Winn Dixie. The golf cart is a very handy extra. It's not a bad walk to the beach either, unless you're carrying a ton of "stuff." Can't say enough wonderful things about Ryan! There were no beach chairs, so I texted Ryan. He delivered 9 new chairs! The table umbrella broke; he delivered a new and better umbrella the next day. The washer and dryer had issues; he bought new ones. (They were delivered the day we left, however,
he offered to cover the cost of a cleaning service or laundromat. We didnt, but it was a nice offer!) If he can't fix the problem, he will go out of his way to make it right in any way he can. We've rented beach houses up and down the Gulf coast for years, and we've never experienced such an attentive, accommodating host. Thanks Ryan! It rained on us all week, but you were awesome 🙂

This was our first family vacation with all the grandkids. The house was perfect! It was just the right size for 11 of us. The host was amazing! We had a small issue with a shower faucet and after notifying him, it was fixed immediately. The pool was awesome as well since we didn't get mary beach days because of the weather. I highly recommend this rental!! Thank you Ryan for being an amazing host!

This place was wonderful. There was plenty of space to spread out for meals and relaxation. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus that came in very handy. It was close walking distance to the beach (5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk). A fun little note that’s not in the listing. There is a display in the kitchen “take a mug leave a mug” that was a fun exchange. Kitchen is well stocked for dishes, utensils, pans. We plan to stay here again in the future. The host was very quick to reply and helpful.

We usually stay in condos but this year decided to try a stand alone house and this property was great! The golf cart was a huge perk and super convenient to have. The house had nice furniture and soft sheets. The property is a short walk from surf hut but everything is accessible by golf cart. Cute neighborhood and nice location in Miramar.

Highly recommend. Property is located to meet all your needs, i.e., beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The golf cart was an appreciated extra benefit. The house itself was clean and well-kept. The owner brought new pots & pans and kitchen utensils while we were there. We had a wonderful family vacation.

This has been an easy, pleasant experience. Mr Ryan was very accommodating and involved throughout the check in/out process. The pool, quiet setting, privacy, beautiful and friendly neighborhood allowed our family to share laughs, drinks and tons of fun. The guest bedrooms are separate from the master bedroom. Golf Cart, toys for the kiddos, plenty of seating inside and out.

We stayed many times at Miramar Beach at different houses, but this house the best! Owner is very good person and helpful, location is wonderful, just short walk to Winn Dixie store, gas station, short walk to the beach and owner is also provided the gulf car, it took 2 minutes drive to the beach. We will definitely back again to this house next year! Swim pool is awesome, clean and enjoyable! Thank you, Ryan for your business!

Family Vacation 2022
My family very much enjoyed staying at Seaspray for our annual family vacation this year. The house was comfortable, close to the beach/shopping/restaurants, the private pool was a great hangout spot, especially in the evenings after a long day. The pictures are accurate of the home. The six seater golf cart was a huge addition and made running people to and from the beach much easier. With the grocery store a 5 minute golf cart ride away, everything we needed was conveniently located. We were originally going to bring our dog, but a last minute change in plans kept him at home. With the fenced in backyard, your family pet would have plenty of space if you needed to bring them along. I would definitely recommend staying here for a family trip. Ryan was great and quick to respond when we had questions/issues.

Golf cart and bikes made all the difference since the location is a couple of blocks from the beach. Back yard pool was definitely a plus expecially with a 2 year old that always wanted to swim. Property was clean and as advertised on VRBO.

Much needed break!
We had a great week! (except for the weather) Check in was easy The house is in a quiet neighborhood with access to everything with the golf cart if you want!! Beach is an easy walk, grocery around the corner, so many restaurant options - favorites this trip are Pascalli’s Kitchen and Pompano Joe’s .
The house itself could not have been better! We had 4 adults and could have easily had 2 more adults and 4 kids. The pool was a definite added bonus as is the golf cart.
Ryan was quick to respond when we had an issue with golf cart and we were back carting around in no time.
We would most definitely recommend this house. Was perfect for our family vacation!

Great Spot in Destin!
The house met everything we were looking for: quiet neighborhood, pool, clean, proximity to shopping & beach, and a bonus was the six-person golf cart. Game changer! We'd highly recommend this house to those looking to have a low-key week long vacation. Owners were great to communicate with as well.

Perfect location
This was our first time to Destin. The house was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 1 child. The location was great as it is close to shopping, dining, and of course the ocean. The pool I’m the back yard was a nice touch, unfortunately the weather was not the best while we were there. The golf cart was great because we could drive around and explore the area. We also took it to different parts of the beach when the weather allowed us to get out. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was spotless, perfect location 1 block off of the beach, close to everything you need!! Dining, shopping, grocery store, it’s all minutes away. The house is spacious and stocked with everything you need to cook if you don’t want to dine out. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and everyone was so nice! I will definitely book here again next year!!

Family Wedding
Great location. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and near many amenities. We loved having the private pool. The house was picked up, but could definitely use some deep cleaning and updating.
