Professionally managed by Frangista Beach Properties WELCOME TO QUIET SURF II # 8 FREE DAILY BEACH SERVICE MARCH 1 - OCTOBER 31 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) SLEEPS 10 ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ON THE BEACH This 2 BR/ 2.5 BA end-unit townhome offers amazing views of the Gulf from both floors. The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, rich honey-toned dining and living room furniture including a unique coffee table displaying sand and shells that have been lovingly collected over time. Two comfortable sofas, including 1 sleeper sofa, invite you to curl up and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player. The master suite is waiting for you. The king-size bed, a relaxing chair and ottoman, a large flat screen TV and access to the upstairs balcony completes this room. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds and nautical décor with a flat screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. Two rollaway beds are available bringing the total number of sleeping guests to 8. Step out onto your private balcony which spans the width of the home. This townhome is available for extended stays for winter Snowbirds. If you need additional space, we do manage Quiet Surf # 1 as well! Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size. Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood.

We loved our stay here, the house is as described as is “on the beach”. It was great to sit on the back porch if it rained or just to cool down some. The house was clean and the view from the master was fabulous. The restaurant across the street Kenny D was pretty good. Just a warning, they have karaoke on Sunday nights till 10, other than that you don’t know they are there. Our 2 chairs and umbrella was set out each day, if you want something to lay out in you may want to bring it ( also gives you a little more space on the beach) there are no other chairs that come with the house, but they did supply beach towels. We did not cook, but the kitchen looked to have everything needed.

I have stayed in a lot of places in Destin, but this beach view and location were the absolute best! The condo was clean and accommodating, nothing fancy, but the private beach was amazing and not crowded (except when some brave people would ignore the signs and make themselves at home!) I would stay here again and again!

We have stayed at Quiet Surf ii eight times. Everything is always ready to welcome us for a home away from home retreat. I spend most of my time watching the sun and sea on the porch, which is also perfect for napping. Full laundry, kitchen, 2 bed, and 2 1/2 bath with upper and lower balconies provide each of us our own space and breathtaking views of the most gorgeous beach and water I have ever seen.

We really loved the location. Restaurants next door and across the street. The beach and water was awesome. The only negative is the fact that it is supposed to be a private beach area but the public simply ignores the signs. We got into a big argument with another group that was setting up in front of the townhome on the beach and refused to move. It got ugly. Throughout the weak other groups would try the same. This is basically a public beach since nobody enforces the rules. I have no desire to come back in future unless we are assured this has been addressed.

Stunning view!!! Only complaint is the public beach access is RIGHT beside the condo and this floods the beach in front of you with other guest...but the view from the porch is amazing and makes you forget about that! PERFECT setup with kids as you can easily go back and forth to the beach. We absolutely loved it and will be back!

This is our second year renting this property. We absolutely love it. When we arrived it was obvious that it was professional cleaned and ready for our month long stay. It is a great location - near restaurants and literally on the beach. On our first day, we were welcomed by the owner. The best part of this townhouse is the porch. We spent many hours reading and napping - very relaxing. And, of course, we were literally 25 feet to the beach.

The house was just as the photos! Beautiful views of the ocean. The property was clean and location was perfect. The beach access was awesome. It was supposed to be a private beach, but it seemed that alot of people would set up in this section. It only comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. This would be my only real complaint. For a 2 bedroom condo that sleeps 10, its most likely that at least 4 people will be sharing this place and will need at least 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. The back porch was great!

Four of us stayed at QS#8 and were very pleased at the cleanliness of the condo. We loved being right on the beach and close to Capt'n Dave's and Kenny D's. The beach was very crowded as QS#8 is right next to the public beach access. We pre-ordered beach service, which was great, but we got squished out a few mornings because the public would set up their tents as early as 5:30 am! Loved the back porch of QS#8.

William called to see how we were doing and Hector was a great help also. We were very pleased that we got a text saying the unit was ready an hour early since we were in Destin early, that was great. We have stayed in the unit before so as usual it was great. the only comments I would make would be the back deck. As it stands it could really use some paint, would be awesome if this owner would follow the others and expand the deck towards the beach, other than that all was perfect!!

The townhouse was very clean and well maintained. Paradise
My husband and I booked this property only 3-4 days before our arrival, after our prior rental was inaccessible due to hurricane damage. The rental process with the property manager was very easy. The location of the property was outstanding. We watched gorgeous sunrises and sunsets every day and walking about 50 steps to the water’s edge can’t be beat. We will definitely be back!
