The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing. We do not allow pets, to be considerate of our guest families with pet allergy and our family health issues due to pet allergy. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Destin or Miramar beaches. Our private beach and the South Walton county do not allow dogs (only by permit for county residents and land owners). Pets are required to be on a leash in public places, parks, playgrounds, etc. -Maximum 12 guests including children.
