About this house rental
Situated in Meridian, this lovely house for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This house is in Boise but situated close to multiple cities: Eagle, Kuna, Meridian and Star. The house has easy access to shops, movies, restaurants, and anything else you would need as well as the freeway. From the front door of the home you can walk less than 10 minutes to a grocery store, Subway, Starbucks, Papa Murphy’s and more! There are a few parks nearby as well! The location is very convenient, the house is charming and cozy. The private pool is open seasonally. It is open and heated from the first of May to the first of October at a comfortable 88 degrees. When the pool is closed, we do adjust our nightly price to reflect this. The pool, at it's deepest, is almost 6 feet. The pool is ONLY for the occupants of the house; it is not shared or public. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a propane barbeque to make for fun-filled days and relaxing nights. This cozy home has 3 bedrooms and two baths. It is decorated with modern furnishings. The master has a queen bed with bath. Room two has a queen bed. Bedroom three has a queen bed. The garage has been converted to a bonus room equipped with large projector screen to enjoy those movie nights! This room has 3 twin beds. Each bedroom has a smart TV available for streaming so you won’t miss your shows! High speed Wi-Fi, towels, linens, soaps, body wash, kitchenware, hair dryer are provided. We reserve the right to change house decorations and bed configuration, however, we always try to put the most current pictures on the listing. We do not allow animals, events or parties. This is an adorable house with all the amenities needed. Great to have a nice clean pool and plenty of towels. Only thing needing an upgrade are the pans and the mattress in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

It was a perfect home for a family getaway. Advertisement and pictures do not do this little gem justice. The pool and movie room are great features for a fun family getaway.

We gathered again for little family vacation and found the pool and the movie theater to be just as marvelous as we remembered from our last stay. Lots of space to spread out and a location that can't be beat. There is a park down the street perfect for letting little ones run off some energy and a very nice mall and pretty much any shop / restaurant you desire within minutes of this home. Can't wait to return again!

Everyone in my family loved this house! We travel a lot and this house is one of our favorites! Great use of space, kitchen and house was well stocked, fast internet to stream movies, awesome BBQ area and even pool toys for the warm pool. Very clean, well-cared for, comfortable house with modern decorations. We were able to walk less than 10 minutes to 2 parks, the grocery store and Starbucks! Close driving distance to shopping, entertainment and freeway. Family friendly neighborhood and Teri was an attentive host that answered questions quickly. We will be back……for a longer stay! Thanks!

There were some pluses and minuses. If you are looking for a pool and want to lounge outside and don't care about price, then this is the place. The movie room is a nice touch ( garage turned into movie room). The outside area is great and the pool was warm. Super close to the Village which is a great place to shop and eat. The host helped me get back in for an item left behind after we left. That was nice.
The negatives: towels were damp in the closet. Mold in toilet of spare bathroom. Expensive. Beds were the foam beds that are super hard. Bring your own kurig coffee, there was one pod. The chore list at time of departure was a bit annoying, more than normal, especially with a high cleaning fee. Paint chipping off walls. It seems like the "new" way of short term rentals, realtors buy them, put lipstick on them and rent them out. The neighbors don't seem to be to happy about the rental, they mad dog you as you come and go.....well except Luke in the back yard. He likes the company and he was discussed in a previous review. I am sure I will get a response because it seems non 5 Star reviews get a response, only. It's nothing against the owners/managers, it just wasn't a 5 Star house.

The house was perfect for a small family getaway with 3 generations. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the movie room from ages 3-60! Beds were comfy- plenty of towels and bedding and pillows for everyone to have extra. We walked to the grocery store, donut shop and ice cream shop. Quick 20 minute drive to downtown. Would highly recommend.

We loved this property! We were close to tons of outdoor activities. the bedrooms very comfortable. the kitchen was stocked, the whole house was clean, the pool was incredible. the movie room was a bonus. the neighborhood was quiet. Teri was responsive to the few questions I had. We would totally stay here again. It was over 100 degrees here most of the time so the pool was amazing.

We had such a lovely time!
What a great property! Perfect for what we needed. We came to town to see a concert at the gardens that are only less 30 minutes away. The location was perfect and central to everything we needed. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping was all within 5-10 minutes. when we were at the house we felt at home in a great neighborhood and the pool was the real star of the show. We went with our 4 kids ages 5-13, they all had a great time in the pool! Swim during the day, movies in the theatre room at night.
Perfect stay.

Unbelievable!
The home was just incredible! The backyard oasis was like something you'd see in a magazine. The pool was so inviting, the bbq/outdoor dining space was PERFECT. The yard had great balance of Sunny/Shady spots to please all people. The yard was so amazing that the teenagers never even turned on any of the TV's. (but I'm sure we would have lived in the MOVIE THEATRE if it had rained) I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I was able to identify all 36 movie quotes on the wall, which made for GREAT DINNER TABLE conversations.....and kept the teenagers OFF THEIR PHONES during meals!!!! The house was just perfect for a family. AND THE AMENITIES provided.....we literally only needed groceries and our toothbrush/toothpaste for our stay. This is a 5 star home! It was a Very relaxing stay!

WONDERFUL HOME
We were in Boise for a district tennis tournament and found the home to be a wonderful spot for us to gather. It was well equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a wonderful location close to grocery store, shopping, and dining. Teri was very available, helpful and friendly. We would all love to stay there again. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

Perfect Oasis for a Getaway
A few friends and I were visiting from all over and wanted a house that had a pool, walkable groceries/liquor store, and enough room to hang out. This property is one of very few with a wonderful heated pool and very own large screening room that was perfect to watch football with everyone. Easy checkin, easy checkout, private manicured backyard, less than 20 minute drive to downtown, and has all the amenities needed for a group. Super A+++ property and owners!

Happy Family will be back

But overall, the home was an excellent place to stay, well located near a grocery store, restaurants (try Joe Mama's for breakfast), and The Village outdoor mall. This was one of my favorite VRBO rentals and I would definitely stay again!
