About this house rental
Nestled in Meridian, this lovely house for $312 per night is a great option for your next break. The Village is Boise's hip new shopping mall - 4 min by car. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new. 13 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses, 2 will have a queen size air mattress. Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 15. The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table under a covered pergola, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy. We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties. You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street. There is a foosball table in the garage for your use. You can move it to the back so you can park in the garage as well. I live in Boise, about 15 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour. This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to The Village. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore! This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.

Sam’s property was very comfortable for our group of 8. House was tidy and clean. We loved the location, Trader Joe’s was close! The neighborhood was quiet. Backyard was nice - didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or cornhole - too cold outside.

This home was perfect for our holiday stay. There were 8 of us and I was initially concerned that 1700 square feet may seem too small, but it was laid out very well. There was plenty of sleeping area and the back yard was lovely. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. Directions for use and checkout were great. Was a wonderful experience.

Over the last few years our group has stayed at 7-8 VRBO or similar properties as we travel all over the US for Baseball. The communication with the host was OUTSTANDING. We were able to communicate and early arrival which was awesome. There was a minor issue with the AC to which the host had repairmen onsite within hours and they stayed until late at night to fix the issue. As an Idaho contractor I have never seen an HVAC company respond so fast and be willing to work late to fix the issue. We would be honored to stay at this property again.

We had a great stay at this house in Boise for a weekend baseball tournament. Centrally located and plenty of options for dining out. The boys had a great time at Top Golf. Communication with the owner was great. We will stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

We stayed here for a little cousin retreat and I must say it was perfect! The house was so clean, spacious, and perfect for making connections.
Our family used the open kitchen for games and gathering, and the kids used the front room for movies. (Both rooms are close, but noise cross-over wasn't a problem.) There's a TV in the kitchen/family area too, so next time, we can shake it up with some jackbox party games!
We loved the firepit and patio, and spent time chatting both in the morning and at night.
The bedrooms are beautiful and comfy with plenty of bedding, pillows, etc. The kitchen is gorgeous, roomy, and well-stocked.
There's a park across the street and its close to shopping. Honestly, it had everything we needed! Were planning for another visit. We had 6 adults and 8 kids in our group and we had plenty of beds. We'll be back!

Perfect for our family's stay in the Boise area to celebrate medical school graduation. We loved the backyard barbeque, the number of bedrooms/beds, and the ability to gather inside or outside for games and meals. Really close to grocery stores and other amenities.

Our group was made up of eight people attending a student workshop in town for three days. Our time with this property was about as perfect as could be hoped for -- check-in was simple and hassle-free, the facilities were clean and as advertised, and all-in-all our experience was quite positive. Unfortunately our schedule meant that we couldn't explore the area much, or even spend much time in the house, but it worked great as a home base, and would have been fun to hang out in more. One mild heads up is that for any group larger than our eight, you'll want to make sure that you're comfortable sharing beds, so definitely great for families or any group that knows each other well.

The house was great. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, and even a rice cooker. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.
The fire pit outside was tempting, but the weather impeded us from enjoying it.
The host was regularly available for questions and insights. We really appreciated how quick and helpful the host was.
We had easy access to the capitol every day (about 20 minutes in traffic). This place worked very well for our group of 15.

Our family loved staying here. Lots of bedrooms and pull-out sofas, plentiful linens and towels, well-stocked kitchen, roomy dining space and plenty of seating when family members visited for dinner. Nice backyard with a firepit, complete with wood and sticks for making smores. Both adults and children were happy with the property and would definitely stay again.

This house is exactly what we were looking for. We traveled for a Hs team competition and the house was extremely spacious and allowed the kids the ability to intermingle while also providing them with ample sleeping quarters. The house was extremely clean and in a great neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend for large groups and will be coming back.

The house was immaculate and a big backyard which was great for games and for the dogs to have a safe controlled space outside. Also a wonderful park across the street! This was a perfect house for a family reunion! The host was extremely prompt in answering questions!

Got inside to find that half of the living room outlets and the tv didn't work. Called and let the manager know but couldn't fix it and we said we'd live without. No big, we adjusted. We didn't even use the bedrooms, just hung out in the living room and kitchen for a day and left the place spotless. Then, I didn't get my VERY LARGE security deposit back for two weeks! Overall a frustrating experience. I expected more for the high price.

Very comfortable stay for our group of 6 adult women friends.…each had her own sleeping area. —Two full baths upstairs, and a powder room downstairs worked well for us.
—Well-stocked kitchen and a large dining table that would seat eight very comfortably.
—Ideal patio for outdoor meals and visits; the weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time there.
—In a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy
—The owner was VERY responsive when we noticed a couple of items were lacking…the items were on our doorstep by the first evening.

We had our annual family reunion at this house, and it was a fabulous place to stay for those traveling and also accommodated the families living in Boise well for large group dinners. On warm summer nights you can’t beat the private backyard for the group to be able to spill outside for covered dining, foosball on the patio, kids and dogs playing in the grass, and warm fires when the sun goes down. Idyllic.
The host has done a fabulous job with maximizing space with sleeping accommodations, and was very responsive to any questions and requests. The rooms are comfortable and fairly soundproof as well. Plus the garage is available for parking. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and great home!
We had a great stay here! Perfect location, close to shopping, dining etc. Home was in great condition, clean and stocked with shampoo and soap, and kitchen spices etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! I don’t think you could find a more centrally located home to stay in.

Walking in the house you see a clean, comfortable, homey place. It had everything we needed to relax, cook and enjoy our stay. Stores and restaurants of any type were literally minutes away . The communication between the owner and me was pleasant and questions were replied to in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and return to this property.
