The decor and appearance of this house was exceptional. The room Was spacious, facilities superb and generally first class. The host was friendly and approachable. Her staff so polite and cheerful. Breakfast was delicious, well presented and overall excellent. Helene was a lovely unassuming lady who was just there and allowed us to feel at home in her exceptional property.

Fantastic place to stay. Beautifully interior designed bedroom and bathroom. Great breakfast. Helène is a fantastic host. We came from London for a party with about 20 other people who all stayed at other locations but this was the better than any of their choices.

Helene and her cat Goose (wanted to kidnap,him!) were incredibly hospitable, personable and informative. The grounds and property were in very good state. The room was large, well equipped and faultlessly clean. Breakfast was extensive continental style. We enjoyed a lovely 3 day stay.

Of no fault of the patron at all but there is only one place to dine within walking distance - (about 1.5km). Otherwise best option with choices is Ste-Vaast-La-Hougue (circa 4km). There are no taxis so go easy on the wine!

Really lovely, perfect place for our weekend away.
