The studio was cozy and had everything we needed. Bed was clean and comfortable. Kitchen basics were good for reheat meals and cooking breakfast.
We basically just slept at the studio.
The tiles in the main studio need a good mop. And a mark on the wall in shower.
The security light outside the room flashed on and off all night.

Location was very good for us - close to Chandler. Shower was hot and easy. Parking was right in front of our door and off the road. Toaster and electric kettle worked and in ex. order.
The sensor light outside the door did not light up at night when we returned from the local restaurant, making it hard to find the door locks to insert keys for unlocking. The bathroom door did not shut properly. We read about the dogs barking - and they did. The TV needs instructions re "free to air" usage.

The property was really dirty, with parts of it unfinished. Eg: paint work not finished, curtains not functional, no opening windows. Dirty unfinished tile work in shower. Was quite a disgrace.
