Approx. 5 km to downtown Kassel, approx. 10 km to Kassel Wilhelmshöhe long-distance train station. Direct connection to the trunk road network via the A7 motorway (Kassel-Nord exit)
In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a grocery store, three restaurants, a drinks market, two bank branches with 24-hour ATMs, a snack bar, a butcher, a bakery and a hairdressing salon.
There are also two petrol stations in the village, one with a 24-hour service.
There is a bus stop 50m away, from which buses run every 30 minutes to Kassel (journey time to the city center approx. 20 minutes)
