The proximity to the beach and town were excellent. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable!
At the time I stayed, the internet was “disabled” and therefore not in use during my 2 night stay, which was annoying.

Central location, comfortable
WiFi down, I’m guessing it’s been down for a while as there was a printed notice and no indication when it would be back on.
Slightly annoying was the noise from the bathroom from the boarded in extractor fan from the adjoining commercial kitchen, but close the bathroom door and it was ok
