In the heart of le Marais (metro 'Hôtel-de-Ville'), you will love this large studio/ loft of 45 m², which accommodates 1 to 3 persons. Located in a 18th c. historical building with interior garden, this apartment has the charm of the old Marais houses with stones and wooden beams, large volumes, wooden floors, bathroom on mezzanine and a refined décoration. It is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wifi, TV , téléphone). Furthermore, its excellent location allows you to go by foot to most landmarks of the area (Pompidou center, Place des Vosges, Notre Dame, Latin quarter, Louvre museum etc).

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The check in process was excellent, and everything was explained to us. The apartment was clean and literally has everything that you need. There is a supermarket directly across the road and another one down the street. We didn’t use the cooker, microwave etc as we ate out all the time, but we did make teas and coffees, and were able to keep some drinks in the fridge. We slept well and used the fan provided as the room was a little bit warm for me, but it was fine. The apartment is in a fantastic location and within walking distance of literally everything, lots of shops, restaurants and bars, The Notre Dame was within a 15 minute walk. The Eiffel Tower was further away, but we got an Uber there and walked back along the river, it was nice. We also felt very safe within the vicinity of the apartment and walking the streets around the area. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment, you won’t regret it!

We loved this property, the check-in was easy and friendly. The property was very comfortable and we loved the area. So close to may attractions that we would walk everywhere until our feet were sore. Fashion stores, restaurants, grocery and wine stores and two min walk to the metro. I highly recommend this property for any couple looking to explore the best of Paris.
