Hosts are super nice and helpful, anything we were missing was sorted out in no time!
Location to the main beach took only 28 stairs, few minutes walk.
Apartment was clean and looked just like the photos on the website.
No washing machine, but entirely our fault for not reading the property facilities wel prior to the booking.
If there was one we would definitely come again!!! :-)

Appartment was as presented on the photos
Kitchen is well equipped
Bed sheets and towel for each person were provided
Beach is 200m away from appartment - clear water.
Air condition is €7,- / day extra charge - we let AC run during the day and they switched off the powr supply, so AC stopped running
Traffic noise from Kralja Tomislava is excruciating during night time (bedrooms are next to the road) - impossible to sleep with window open
Parking situation is critical - one "parking spot" (on the walkway) was blocked for us by the app owner. We discovered some scratches on our new car from people passing our car on the walkway. We had to park second car on a chargeable parking place 1km away from the appartment.
Shower was very dirty on the bottom with mold spots
No international TV channels
