i loved that the staff had the heater on before we arrived and the room was nice and warm and comfortable..also the room was just right for our family , kitchen facilities were amazing and much appreciated
the only things i think that could be improved was more pillows needed on the single beds ...
-better all round heating eg heat pump would be appreciated vs a small heater
-longer hose on the shower and more water pressure

I liked the hosts who were very friendly and welcoming and accommodating.
The location was perfect for our purposes.
Small critique for the shades/ curtains over the kitchearea to provide more privacy and cover the entire window.

The Reception staff member was warm and welcoming on arrival and on departure responded positively and responsive to feedback.
Property appears to be undergoing repairs. We hope this improves the external appearance, and tidyness of property.
