A cozy but cramped stay

The location was nice as it was fairly close to the subway station, and a popular street with food and things to do. It being near many homes and convenience stores also made it feel more comfortable. The bunk bed was also appreciated for traveling with a friend.

The room was very small even if there were only one person. The mattresses also were really stiff.

Uncomfortable beds, small rooms with unsatisfactory cleanliness

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is relatively new construction.

In my opinion the beds were very uncomfortable. The walls were so thin that I could hear conversations in the surrounding rooms as well as each passing card on the road. The room was not well cleaned either. I found various things sandwiched between the two thing futons pretending to be a mattress in the bunk bed. I had booked 3 rooms. One of them was relatively large for Japan, but the other two were very small with one of them being absolutely microscopic. The layout was, again in my opinion, no sensical with a desk shoved in a space that was too small to ever use it. I would not stay here again. It was so bad that despite booking 3 rooms for multiple nights we wanted to leave after 5 minutes, but left the next morning. Having to move when we planned to stay for 5 nights essentially ruined a whole day of our trip and cost us a lot of unneeded expense. I was still charged 3x 5,000 yen cleaning fee even though our rooms were not well cleaned to begin with. I cannot recommend this place.

Bad communication but very clean

The room was very clean, good area and easy to access. The place offered a washer which was nice as well.

I booked this place a while in advance, but the day I checked in I was informed that only two of the three people that were staying were allowed in. I was not allowed to get any check in information and the messages I received seemed very passive aggressive. They made me promise that only two guests would stay overnight at this place, even though it allows bookings for three people. Fortunately I have a place nearby that I was allowed to stay at while I had two visitors, however it was very stressful and happened at such a last minute. Additionally the beds were very uncomfortable and the neighbors above were very loud.

"Cleaning" is expensive but nice room

Very good location, the room was very clean, not spacious but that was enough tbh. The bathroom was very clean, the rest of the flat was also very clean. Everything was very fluid.

Shoot out to the guy from the room 201 on top of the room I rent that just banged whatever at 1AM and 7AM. I really appreciate that, hope you had a very bad sleep. Dumbass. I don't really appreciate this trick to make the flat appear cheap and add 40€ + for the cleaning, just to appear on top of the list. Deserved an 8 but -1 for this. Sorry if that's a booking.com issue tho.

一日前倒しで泊まる連絡したら快く同じ部屋の対応をしてくださり、スタッフの対応が良かったです。浴室乾燥はなかったですが、洗濯機の乾燥機能で充分洋服が乾いたので助かりました。スーパーやコンビニも近く生活しやすかったです。
