Everything is super modern and brand new.
All amenities included. The service is really what you would expect from 5 star hotel.
We stayed 5 days in total. we had a rental car and(free) parking was not a problem at all.
Danillo- the host- is super kind and friendly. He is very tentative and so hospitable. He definitely made our trip more colourful and comfortable just with his friendly advises even.
Breakfast is much much better than what you get in the hotels and freshly prepared every morning with nice bread.
Ortigia is 10 minutes walk and Arenella beach is 18-20 minutes drive. The beaches around Siracusa are sandy and the water is crystal clear.

Excellent location very easy to find 5mins from the Interbus in both directions. Easy walk to all locations of interest. Beautiful v large room spotlessly clean & very large, enormous immaculate bathroom. Fantastic breakfast lots of choice great Coffee very attentive host Danilo so helpful happy to oblige with any requests. We could leave our bags to collect later in the day on departure. Easy walking distance to Ortigia and all the sights of interest. Excellent restaurants nearby La Lisca a favourite superb fish.

Such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Danilo was an excellent host from start to finish. He was in constant contact with us before we arrived, checking we knew how to get the property and helping us with parking. He was outside the apartment when we arrived. He was so welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of information about what to see and do in Syracuse.
The room was beautiful, modern and spacious with lovely furniture and a nice balcony. The bed was amazing! The mattress was super comfortable! The best on our trip! The breakfast has a great selection of pastries, ham, fruit, yoghurts, etc. Danilo was very attentive. The location is perfect for exploring the archeological park and it's not too far of a walk to Ortigia. This place is excellent value for money and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone visiting Syracuse!
