About this house rental
Situated in Toms River, this attractive house for $375 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Barnegat Bay at your feet and the Atlantic Ocean at your whim is what we offer and more! This premier property has all the amenities one could expect in a luxury home. It offers panoramic views from every room in the house and unobstructed views from the deck/dock as well. Downstairs was designed with an open floor plan: dining room (gas fireplace), outfitted kitchen (Keurig, Cuisinart, etc.), living room (55' screen, DVD, Blu-Ray), 1/2 bath, and laundry room (exit to outdoor shower). We tactfully put the sleeping quarters upstairs: master bedroom (king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom), guest bedroom (king-sized bed), 3rd and 4th bedrooms (filled with all kinds of single beds and a full-sized futon). The hall bathroom (jacuzzi) services the guest, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. All-cotton linens are provided as well as bath towels, beach towels, paper products, condiments, etc. (for your use at no extra charge-compliments of the owner). FIOS is at your fingertips as our new carrier. For outdoor activities we provide bicycles, tennis racquets, boogey boards, inner tubes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, cooler, and if we forgot anything please let us know! Deck chairs, loungers, Weber grill, crab traps/lines, and more make relaxing outdoors superb. (The sunsets are included.) Oh, don't forget to bring the Marguerita mix!

Property has magnificent water views. The open floor plan was perfect for entertaining. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans, small appliances. Bedrooms were spacious. Lots of closet and dresser space. Listing in Vrbo was accurate.

Positives: Excellent view, very clean, house fully equipped, comfortable and relaxing. Very nice host.
Negatives: Driveway is awful and very tight with shrubs making it worse. Plumbing is weak when flushing, back deck is old, dated home but its nice.
Had a nice stay but for this size house, i find it next to impossible to accommodate more than two cars at the most. Recommend for a group of 4 or more traveling in one car. Too expensive for a couple.

Had family over for thanksgiving. The living room/dining room area was large enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a thanksgiving feast.

We had a wonderful visit. My partner and I checked in first (we are “the grandparents”) and my daughter and her husband and 7 year old son and 6 year old daughter joined us the next day. The house was spectacular and sparking clean and welcoming. Located right on Barnagate Bay (an area where I spent my childhood summers) with a dock and open water, beautiful sunset views. Indian summer weather was mild and embracing and after all the summer tourists had departed, made it a quiet and peaceful respite. We spoke with the owner, Debbie several times on the phone and she was very accommodating. We liked it so much we will try to make it an annual booking.

What a gem! This house was in the perfect location for an off-season weekend away with my fiancé and two dogs. Right on the water with gorgeous views and very well-equipped, this home provided everything we needed to relax and rejuvenate. The location was close to Seaside Heights, shopping, and restaurants while feeling far away from everyone. The apple pie was a thoughtful and delicious treat to enjoy while taking in the perfect scenery. I highly recommend this property!

This place is terrific! You're on the point so the sense of privacy is immaculate. The home is spacious (hugely important compared to a lot of beach homes which tend towards the cramped side), well appointed and well kept. We were a crew of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house in ideal if you want full-throated propriety in a living situation.

Almost a house boat
This property was right on the water! Felt like we were on a houseboat. Wonderful views of the water and birds. Felt very private. Well appointed and pretty home.

It's about a 5 minute bike to the beach, close to convenience store and grocery stores and small businesses. The people we encountered were very friendly. Owner was very friendly. We enjoyed our time and would definitely go back!

Picturesque View / Great Getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful visit. The description of the place is accurate and the view from backyard deck is better than words can describe. We especially appreciated the ongoing communication before and throughout our visit with the owner. Note: Restaurants are limited this time of year since it’s the off season. We look forward to returning without hesitation.

Serenity
We had a wonderful stay and throughly enjoyed the tranquility of the place. Swans, ducks and geese make daily visits and the sunsets are incredible. Easy access to the beaches and surrounding towns. Debbie was very responsive and friendly. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

GREAT GETAWAY
Very happy to give this property 5 stars across the board. Clean top to bottom, easy check in, accurate description, very quite neighborhood (especially in the winter), incredible communication.
The house was perfect for our group of 6 and a 1/2. The view(s) were just incredible. Being at this location in the dead of winter, watching the ever changing tide of the bay, the weather patterns coming and going was worth every penny of it. Just a great VRBO experience all around. The playground area just down the street kept a 2 year old very happy even with snow and frigid temps. Would love to stay here in the summer months and enjoy even more of the locations benefits. . If you are looking to get away from it all and slightly off the beaten path by all means check this place out. Debbie (the owner) was excellent in communicating and was great host. Cannot say enough about this property. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did

Two weeks by the bay
My husband and I had a wonderful two week vacation at this lovely bay house. Debbie is a wonderful landlord....couldnt ask for sweeter or more considerate of her "guests." And to show her aprreciationb, she brings US an apple pie from th orchards., SWEET!

Beautiful House on the Bay
Our family stayed in this home during our spring break and loved it. The water views from every room in the house are amazing. We spent most of our time on the back deck, enjoying the swans and beautiful sunsets. The fenced in yard is a bonus when traveling with pets. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and nicely appointed, with a modern flair. The homeowner, Debbie, was a pleasure to deal with from our first interaction to the last. We especially enjoyed the delicious apple pie she left for us! We would definitely recommend this property to others!

We rented the LUXURY WATERFRONT HOME Property ID 26619 for an Elder retreat. The house was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings are of good quality and very beautifully decorated. The view is outstanding!!!! We had a wonderful time! The owner was very nice and helpful with everything. One thing I loved was the quick response I got with emailing the owner questions. AWESOME EVERYTHING !!!
This was our 2nd vacation in this gorgeous home on Barnegat Bay and we are so spoiled by the beauty, luxury, spaciousness, and amenities (all linens, every kitchen appliance/gadget/spice one could need, wifi, fios, beach gear, bikes, sunblock, bug spray, and even a cool chess/checkers table). We 'lived' on the deck from sunrise to sunset, explored the nooks and crannies of the island on foot, bike and in kayak, rode the smooth new bike lanes along Rte 35 N and S, played bocce ball at public courts on Bay Ave in Lavallette, enjoyed beach on bay as well as ocean. We poked around stores in Lavallette and Ocean Beach. Discovered Shore Fresh in Pt. Pleasant for delicious clam chowder, shrimp, and the best lobster rolls ever. Labrador Lounge (1.2 miles away!) was excellent, too. WaWa is even closer; we went there daily for newspaper, lottery tickets, freshly baked rolls and such. Went to Jerry's Farm Stand in Ortley Beach for corn-on-the cob and the new ACME supermarket is very nice. To top it all off, we were blessed with wonderful treats from Delicious Orchards, courtesy of homeowner Debbie.

Serenity on the bay
My family stayed here while attending a family reunion at the Jersey Shore in June 2016. The house has everything you could want or need for your stay. It was "the house to meet at" for our late afternoon family get-togethers & dinners. Everyone loved watching the sunset from the back deck, watching the boats go by, & listening to the sound of the bay water. The back deck is spacious, with lots of comfortable seating & 2 large tables for eating. And many family members went crabbing off the dock! Some even rode the bikes around the neighborhood (we don't get the opportunity to bike ride often where we live). The kitchen has everything you could need to prep meals & drinks. Debbie, the owner, has done everything to make your stay comfortable & fun. She even dropped off some delicious baked goods for us to enjoy! It was the perfect house for us.
