Located in Madison, this charming house for $208 per night is a great choice for your next trip. NH Lic #: 030524 ***FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY*** Spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation rental in Eidelweiss Village. This large home is a perfect 4-season getaway destination offering space for up to 8 people. The floor plan is open and airy and will accommodate everyone in your group effortlessly! The main living area has sizable wraparound leather sofa, a perfect spot to gather and relax after a busy day in the Valley; not to mention the open-concept kitchen that will afford your group the opportunity to spend quality time together while fixing a great meal. The main level includes an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The second level of the home offers a bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, a bedroom with king bed, and an additional sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a half bath. Outside you will find a Juliet balcony as well as an ample size deck equipped with a propane grill and a good size sized fire pit that's just begging to have s’mores roasted over it! 5 beautiful beaches are only minutes away and Silver Lake is only a few miles down the road! The local mountains like King Pine, Cranmore and Attitash are about 15 – 25 minutes from this great house! LAYOUT: FIRST LEVEL: Kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with queen bed and full bath. SECOND LEVEL: Bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, bedroom with king bed, area with 2 twin beds and half bath. AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cable TV, internet, wood stove, 3 window Air Conditioners (summer only), pool table w/ interchangeable ping pong top, Foosball table & dart board (in basement), standard coffee maker and Keurig, 2 person canoe, gas grill and fire pit - FIRE PERMIT REQUIRED. AVAILABLE: Weekend and weekly rentals during the spring, summer, fall and winter. ** NOTE: IT’S IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER TO BRING SHEETS AND TOWELS BASED ON YOUR BEDDING AND BATH NEEDS, AS WE DO NOT PROVIDE THEM. The property was clean and listening to the brook outside was very relaxing. The location was excellent as it was a short drive to the Little Pea Porridge Pond which my grandson really enjoyed. It was also very close to Conway. My only complaint is we had to pick up the key and drive it back to North Conway.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at the Burns property. From the moment we picked up the keys. The property management was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. The home was so comfortable, I felt like it was my own. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great! Close to North Conway and all the activities we did during the week. The middle pond was amazing! It was so clean and refreshing during the hot week we had. We loved it so much we booked for 2023 when we checked out!

House is not newly remolded
No smoke detectors in house went and bought one at Walmart back porch is ready to fall off the house
No way to use garbage disposal
Need to take trash to dump and pay $5 per bag
Advertised a/c no a/c at all I. The house it was literally 84 in the house according to the thermostat this weekend
Terrible key location most rentals have lock box’s or keyless lock need to drive 20 minutes to get the keys then return them on departure
Definitely would not stay here again

Lovely home, clean and comfortable in every way. Well stocked up kitchen, ping pong and other games in the basement were great fun. Walking to the pond for a swim was an added bonus. Quiet and beautiful nature settings. We were even visited by a deer family a few times.

This house had something for everyone in our family. A short distance to the pond for relaxing or the game room in the basement for the kids. One thing to make this even better. We had heard that some rental homes offered kayaks and/or canoes. That would have been a great addition while at the pond.

The Bowes property is exactly what you imagine when searching for a ski cabin; Big wood stove, cozy living room, fun basement with games, and plenty of bedrooms to accomadate the whole family! Further, the property was spotless and well maintained!

Close to everything but far enough away to be enjoyable
I think we have found our forever summer rental! We loved this place. It had the perfect location, amount of beds and amenities. The kids loved the game room downstairs, we loved the very comfortable and spacious couch. Me and my husband loved the porch right off our room. We had coffee out there every morning. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, while homey enough to feel together as well. We saw a deer 3 days in a row. Once in the front of the house eating shrubs, then in the back yard near the little stream and then again in the front yard. We also got to see a few turkeys hanging out across the street. The kids loved it. We have stayed in Eidelwess Village for the past 3 years and this so far has been the best house! We will be back next year and for years to come.

This place was very roomy and clean. The set-up was perfect to relax at the end of the day. Loved the ponds in the area exclusive for the people that live there. Had every utensil you can imagine for cooking. I especially enjoyed our master spacious and with a deck. the airconditioning kept us cool during the humidity. and I loved the wrap around couch. Can not say enough about my stay. Overall, this place gets a thumbs up.

It was a great stay. There was a wonderful stream that ran behind the cabin that made for an amazing peaceful sound. Only downfall was the Wi-Fi was not working. But overall great time.
