About this villa rental
My house is ideal for a family stay or for couples looking for relaxation (max 4 or 5 people). It is about 5 10 minutes from the shopping streets and nightlife. In front there are all the services, two large supermarkets with bars. In 10 minutes by car you arrive in all the adjacent beaches of Villasimius. Recent bilevel masterpiece with flower garden, illuminated at night and ideal for lunch and dinner outside, also present outside sea shower.(possibility to bring animals). At the entrance you will find the kitchen, air-conditioned living room with HD TV and a sofa bed which can be turned into a double bed. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. On the upper floor are the rooms. An air-conditioned and well-furnished double room with a terrace where you can enjoy the cool and starry skies at night. Next to it there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed (3 beds) with an adjoining veranda. Also on the upper floor there is a second bathroom also with a shower. The house is also equipped with a garage with a parking space but for convenience you can always park in front of the house without problems. The neighborhood is super quiet and quiet, in front there are two supermarkets with a tobacconist including a discount store, a 5-minute walk to get to the medical guard and the carabinieri. Also 5 minutes walk will take you to the streets of nightlife and shopping, restaurants pizzerias bar breakfasts, ice cream parlors and evening aperitifs. The place is ideal for cycling in the main streets that then lead along the fantastic marina with boats and yachts of Villasimius. Villasimius is also ideal for runners who like to relax early in the morning or in the evening with coolness.
