About this condo rental
Situated in Osage Beach, this lovely condo for $176 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go! Our guests appreciate the open and comfortable main living area. You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has an amazing view overlooking Parkview Bay, the Lake, and the serene state park just across the water. Bring along your laptop and log onto the Internet at High-Speed! The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Weber Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque! The spacious Master Suite has a King-Sized Bed and private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Second and Third Bedrooms offer comfortable Queen-Sized Beds and Cable TVs with DVD players. Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. BOATERS: Our 12 x 30 foot slip is close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel. Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

Great time staying here for Bikefest. Condo has everything you need. Only suggestion is window coverings. There are no blinds or curtains on living room sliding glass doors and no tint. Sun blasts in the room at sunrise. Main bedroom has curtains on sliding glass doors but they are white, don’t cover completely, and don’t reach the ground. People on patio can see you changing in your room unless you go in bathroom and close door. The sun is also relentless if you are trying to sleep in or nap!!! Otherwise great amenities and condo!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The view is beautiful and we had plenty of room for 6 adults. The condo is fully stocked which made it easy to enjoy cooking meals. It has a screened in deck which was great for hanging out at night. I would definitely recommend this condo and liook forward to staying again!!

We stayed at this condo with friends. The condo was spacious, clean and supplies were stocked up. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. Nice views of the lake. The elevator was so helpful! We needed a boat slip and the owner was awesome in helping get us one that fit our needs. Owner was awesome in responding to questions! We plan to stay here again!

Nice, quiet location but still close to many restaurants and shops. Great pool. Peaceful view across the lake from the balcony. Had several Bald Eagle sightings while we were there.

This specific room was over on the end so it was super quiet. Great views from the screened in porch. Condo felt super comfortable with plenty of amenities. Owner was super responsive and gave all the info you need. Overall, it was fantastic!

This condo was very well stocked- things that normally are minimized as "starters", such as TP, trash bags, etc. are provided- and this is very much appreciated. There are also other "plus" items such as coffee pods (plenty)housekeeping items, spices, etc. The condo has a stereo system which is becoming a thing of the past- we loved it! The Towers property is well kept and the indoor pool and whirlpool are great amenities. Jason was great to work with, as well. Great experience.

Great location and property. The indoor pool was perfect for this time of year! Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short 1 night and were locked into paying full price, would have loved to be there for entire stay.

It’s outdated. Not a big issue but is really dirty. Floors were filthy. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Wet towels in the dryer. In the master bed the linens are torn. The location is great but probably not stay there until the fix the condo up a bit. Sorry not trying to be picky but I didn’t appreciate having to clean the first night we got there.

We love this place. It was our 3rd year in a row staying on this property. It is quiet and clean. We love having a boat slip as well. We plan on staying again next year.

This unit was perfect for our family. It was well stocked with supplies needed for our week stay and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 teen) really enjoyed our week at the Towers. We spent several mornings at the pool. Every day we had a different adventure and really enjoyed our time at the apartment. The amount of space really allowed us to all spread out. Jason, the property manager, was quick to respond when we had questions. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away.

Terrible building….
We will book a place that we can step out our door and fish or boat. We stayed 9th floor…. Bad idea! One elevator out of order…. Took a long time to unpack car and load car.

Towels smelled like dog and had to be washed before using. Blinds were down in the front bedroom so anyone could look in so felt unsafe with kids in there even though we paid for 3 bedrooms. Laundry room doors were wrong size and don't shut, the main door needed adjusted as it kept sticking and was hard to open and close. Owner was great and responded when I had any questions or issues right away. I feel if the condo was updated and had a new housekeeper it would be perfect.

The property manager was very easy to communicate to and nice. We did have a problem with the outside screen and we told the manager he did say it was on the list to get fix asap. The master room bed was very comfortable. We noticed one of the other bed frame was held by duct tape. Overall our stay was ok just the condo needs some stuff fixed and updated.
