Located in New Milton, this lovely house for $122 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Delightful one bedroom annex completely independent ajoined to the owners home, 10 min walk to the sea front, off road parking shared with the owners. 1 bedroom luxury super king size bed, leading to a modern fitted bathroom, a walk in shower, complete with a washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, cooker fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster etc, combined sitting room, TV, under floor heating throughout, air conditioning for those hotter months. Private small patio to sit out and enjoy the sunshine, let the dogs lie on the sun. Your be able to enjoy lovely cliff top walks over looking the needles, Isle of Wight, within 10 minutes walking distance, and the New forest within a 5 min drive. Guests have own private access through a single gate small patio area to sit out with a retractable washing line. Check in is 3pm check out 10am Welcome pack included, milk tea coffee sugar biscuits.After along journey sit down relax to a cuppa and a biscuit! All bed linen towels provided. Dogs welcome at no extra charge. PLEASE NOTE WE EXCEPT TWO DOGS. PLEASE ENQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL DOGS AS A FEE MAY APPLY. There is a parade of shops 10 min flat walk. Lovely cafe and fine dining restaurant. Although attached to our home we offer complete privacy but always available if required, Newly completed August 18 PLEASE PARK in front of the Coppice annex as it's a shared drive with us. Key safe fitted, will message you before should we be out on your arrival. We have allowed for dogs, maximum of two! Check in time is after 3pm & check out time is for 10am. Thankyou! NEW 2023 EV charger. Can be used upon request £15 cash per night for the passcode. (£15 nightly rate to be paid in advance upon arrival) For local dining experience we would recommend; Cliff House, 10 minutes walk, very popular with live music events BOOKING in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. Debbie and Ian are fabulous hosts. Great communication when booking and very warm welcome when we arrived. The Coppice was spotlessly clean with good facilities. The location is perfect for beach and New Forest dog walks. Will definitely book again.

We have stayed at the Coppice on three occasions now and are never disappointed. The arrangements within the annex are perfect of the both of us and our dog. Short walk to the beach and sea front cafés. The hosts are a lovely couple, always friendly and helpful. The addition of an EV charger adds another level of convenience. Lovely holiday and now looking forward to when we can go again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Coppice, and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. The whole place was spotlessly clean and Debbie and Ian had left some essentials for us, including milk and biscuits. They'd even left some treats for our 2 dogs - which didn't last long! Some lovely walks close by, including a couple of pubs and restaurants, and the New Forest was a quick drive away. Enjoyed it so much, we discussed dates to return on the way home. Thank you, Debbie & Ian!

Every thing was as they advertised, warm and very homely, very clean and everything you needed was there, even dog treats and towel for our dog Rusty....Host were very pleasant on arriving and leaving...so much to do and places to go we definitely will stay again.

Our 3 night stay allowed us to explore the surrounding areas of the New Forest and along the coast to Poole. The accommodation is well thought out and although attached to the house you have complete independence. The accommodation does get very warm on a hot day but the owner has recognised this and fitted an air conditioning unit that brings the heat down to an acceptable level. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend it.

The Coppice has everything you could wish for in a stay with welcoming thoughtful hosts Well stocked kitchen, Debbie and Ian left tea, coffee, etc And had some lovely prosecco and also ale It was great also to have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and also a range, a fridge and separate freezer The bedroom had a very comfortable superking bed with lovely bed linen The bathroom was ideal with a walk in shower and very fluffy towels We had a great break, also has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and a washing line if needed A 10 minute walk to Barton on sea beach with restaurants etc

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Coppice. What a lovely place….a lot of thought has gone in to the comfort of guests. As mentioned by a previous guest everything has been catered for down to a notepad & pen and bowl & waste bags for your pooch! It was Immaculately clean on our arrival, a welcome ‘drink’ in the fridge along with snacks plus granola for breakfast were all very well received! The bedding and towels were so soft and smelt so nice. The coppice is approx 10-15 minutes walk to the seafront where there is a few places to eat and drink, we tried ‘The Cliff House’ and ‘Pebble Beach’ plus shirt drives to many other coastal resorts. We definitely recommend a stay here and we plan to return again next year. Thanks Debbie & Ian

Had a lovely week in the Coppice. Ideal location. Easy to see all the local attractions. Also dog friendly. So just what we wanted. We played a game. Try to find something we needed, but not provided for in the Coppice. The owners won. Absolutely everything thought of. Highly recommend .

We had a lovely little last minute stay at the coppice. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great place to stay for New forest and coast. Debbie and Ian were the perfect hosts - lots of extras and attention to detail. The cake, other goodies and the little Christmas tree made us feel so welcome and looked after. The little private paved area at the front was perfect for our little fur babies. We couldn't have wished for better and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you.
