About this apartment rental
A comfortable, modern holiday flat for up to 6 people with views of the Baltic Sea and the marina at Marina Wendtorf. From the spacious balcony or terrace, you can enjoy the seaside atmosphere and the view of the water. The bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen forms the heart of the flat. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. Facilities include underfloor heating, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and steam bath function, and a bioethanol fireplace for cosy evenings. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth provide entertainment. Three cosy bedrooms provide ample space for families or friends. The promenade is perfect for walks along the waterfront. Restaurants, cafés, the beach and the harbour are all nearby; Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can enjoy the indoor playground and the black-light mini-golf free of charge. Further playgrounds are located right on the promenade. A free parking space is included with the flat. Whether it’s breakfast together with a view of the marina, a day at the beach on the Baltic Sea or a cosy evening by the fireplace: this spacious holiday flat combines plenty of space with a special waterside location. It is the ideal base for a varied holiday and, at the same time, offers a comfortable retreat for the whole family. What a gem! The location is unbeatable, and the views from the balcony are breathtaking, especially during Kiel Week, I loved having binoculars provided to watch the sailing events up close, The living room is perfect for movie nights, and the stereo unit added to the fun, This place really captures the essence of a maritime holiday,

This apartment is conveniently located right above the harbor promenade, making it easy to explore the area, The kitchen is well-equipped, and I appreciated having a dishwasher and microwave for quick meals, The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and having a TV in each one was a nice bonus, Overall, a practical choice for a family vacation,

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage direkt am Wasser (auch wenn direkt dahinter häßliche 70er-Jahre Plattenbauten stehen). / Leider ist der Service im Zweifel wirklich schlecht. WLAN ist kaum zu benutzen. Man hat mich aber darauf hingewiesen, dass das bei 100 Wohnungen auch nicht gehen kann!?!) / Die Fenster waren total verdreckt und werden bewußt nur im Februar und Oktober geputzt. Der Balkon ist aufgrund eines Baumangels leider NACH Regenfällen nicht zu benutzen, weil es teilweise noch tagelang flächendeckend vom Balkon darüber tropft. / Die umliegenden Orte sind sehr klein und ruhig. Der "Tatort Hawaii" in Stein (500 Meter entfernt) sorgt immer wieder für chillige Strandatmosphäre. Auch die Deichterrassen in Heidkate (15 min. per Rad) sind sehr zu empfehlen. / Alles sehr schön und ruhig und toll zum Radfahren. Leider ist der Service und die Sauberkeit sehr mäßig und der Verwalter rettet sich von einer Ausrede in die nächste... / / Schade...
