不能接受不是白床单的民宿或酒店的要慎选。

地点不错，挺安静

挺不好的体验，所有床单竟然是家庭式的花布而且陈旧，像是汰旧的床单棉被拿来用的，感觉很恶心，与图片白床单不符。床垫都是劣质凹陷的床垫，一进屋有霉味，根本无法入睡，主卧室冷气也不冷，幸好只住一天，

The Check In Was Easy..But If Possible Can Do Early Check In

The Place Is Really Spacious..Since We Really Love To Cook..It Is Really An Advantage For Us To Be Able To Cook..Didnt get The Chance To Experience To Use The Pool .Every Thing Is Really Good😊 👍

Lift Is Wet All The Time..parking Space Is Not Really Convenient Since Its Really Hard To Find..We Also See A Lot Of People Get Lost While Looking For Their Parking.There Is No Hanger For Us To Use..The Iron Doesn't Have Any Mattress Below ..The Pillow Was Really Hard

Comfortable, clean, near the city.

Aircond in the bedro not good. Water keep pouring out of it when switched on. Sink in the bathroom is clogged.

Quite comfy, clean and easy to find. Near the city. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

One of the airconds not functioning well. The one in the bedroom. Water pouring out when switched on. So I had to switch it off.

Its old but sweet

Its near to almost everywhere.. food easily accessible, hang out spots, provide free parking and easy check in and check out

Its an old building, so facility and built seem old.. good maintenance of the house, but u can feel its old.. i like clean and dry kitchen counter and table top, the house only provides 1 cloth and 1 roll of toilet paper..

I WILL NEVER REPEAT AGAIN TO THIS HOST

-no keys at mailbox but 15 minutes or some like that later they change my room to others mailbox. -access card not function well!!!!! -not good host. i keep say tq but they dont even respond at all!!! hahahahahahahhaa -clean room -due to access card is not okay, they pay my parking fee -deposit got exactly after 24h hahahahaha lol idk why they hold money too long

The great location was ruined by the poorly kept unit.

Strategic location

There were cockroaches running around. The toilet was leaking and smelly…that made the room stink. The cleaner who came did not clean the unit AT ALL. Apparently cleaned the cabinets which was of no use. Toilet and room were not cleaned.

Strategic location, comfortable bed and good facilities but tv a little bit lag

The staff give a respon about a broken remote tv but didnt give us a new remote even though we chat them twice. So we cannot watch tv because there was no remote to switch mode to hdmi.

PRO & CONS

- Location - Kitchen is good. Compete with kitchenware - Washing machine (tho have little hard to function) - Air-cond is cold - Swimming pool with beautiful view - Good restaurant + steamboat at rooftop and swimming pool - Lots of convenience store and restaurants at ground floor - Safe parking (1 unit = 1 car) - Water dispenser with hot, cold and warm water

- Bathroom is moldy - Door wasn't very safe - Sharing main door of the apartment with other unit, but the main door is not very safe and cannot be locked - our unit door lock also just simple door lock, which is very worrying to leave our belonging - Building security is not good where it is not maintained and anyone can just enter as the door from the parking is broken (for whole 5 days of our stays) - Gym equipment is not able to use. Both treadmill is not working and it "flooded" after rain - Our unit was used to keep the house keeping equipment and they slams the door early morning

-they got smart tv. you can watch youtube & netflix - got free wifi - got complete culinary

-they did not inform in advance about the washing machine malfunction and i really need to use it (they gave me 10% off for the inconvenience) -refund money took so long -very few hangers -the sofa is not soft - the owner took so long to reply my message - some of the wall socket cannot use

. We love the stay coz its convenient.Basic need are just downstairs. We tried taking grab to centrepoint and it was just RM5.00 one way .My son love the huge swimming pool👏👏

The washing machine was out of order. Pity the homeowner due item brokedown by previous clients. We have to do ours at 24hrs laundry instead. The tv sofa require attention. Other than this should be fine. The check in/out require improvement. Oh ya, get ready with deposit of RM150🙂 It will be return upon check out once room inspection done. 🫣😉

When we went inside the room there was no electricity for 3hours. Aft which the management call to change room. The room was smelly.
