Staff waited for us even if we arrived very late. We asked for a very early breakfast and they managed to prepare something for 6:30 AM. The room was big and clean, it even had a fridge which we didn't expect. Towels were pretty new and well maintained.

The smell of cleaning products from the room was a bit too much but not a problem.

Very beautiful surroundings, aside the river, located at the beginning of Transfăgărășan road, so very comfortable to stay there after the trip. We were not interested in SPA services, but I know the place has jacuzzi and sauna with reservation. Good breakfast. Parking. The staff is always there.

Pretty simple room, very basically equipped. But was enough for us for one night (we took 2 rooms).

Nice and clean, but small room. I really liked outdoor kitchen and well equipped bar. The host was kind and the rustling river was wonderful.

The temperature in the rooms was quite low, we got cold at night.

The property is located right next to the river, on the way to/from the Transfăgărășean highway. Our room (#8) was very clean and confortable and perfectly warm throughout the night. The bathroom was equally immaculate. There was plenty of space to park, the sound of the water running down the river created a wonderful atmosphere in the garden area, and the man who runs the place is very kind and helpful. My partner and I made the reservation barely two hours upon arrival and we found everything just right and we totally recommend the place. Have no doubt, you will not regret choosing this place!

Perfect location, very close to Balea Lake as a starting point for hiking! Nice and cosy atmosphere, playground for kids.

all was very basic

I stayed this Hotel after hiking at Bâlea Lac area. It is popular place, but it is very quiet around the Hotel. There is one local restaurant in 10-minute walk. The Hotel offered us for coffee and tea for free in the morning.

My room has small veranda, but there is a man at the next room in front of us all the time. However, there are other common eating space, this was not a problem.

It was noisy in the night. The lack presure of water. The sauna was Edyta paid, not included in Room proce as it was mentioned

I liked a lot the location and the fact that there was a river passing by in the back yard. Very nice and relaxing space. Room was big and very clean. Host was very welcoming and helpful. I was able to take as well breakfast before going on Transfagarasan
