La localisation, le parking fermé, les équipements de cuisine, machine à laver/cafetiere/lave vaisselle et le ventilateur très apprécié dans la chambre en l'absence de climatisation.
L'étendage sur la petite terrasse.
La boulangerie pâtisserie juste en bas à laquelle on sautait dès le réveil.
Appartement plus grand que sur les photos.
Rien de particulièrement gênant. Un peu de passage sur la route mais vu que nous dormons avec des bouchons d'oreilles ce n'est pas un souci.

Appartement spacieux dans une résidence, propre et décoré avec goût ! Très bien situé pour découvrir Funchal et ses environs. Petit plus : un garage privé pour garer la voiture de location en toute sécurité. Grande surface (Continente) à 750 mètres et boulangerie-salon de thé au pied de la résidence.
Un peu bruyant en journée car appartement situé sur une avenue, par contre pas de bruit la nuit.
