De locatie en de netheid van het hotel. Het ontbijt was ook goed!
De kamer was heel ongezellig. Harde lampen, geen sfeerverlichting. Ook was het erg warm op de kamer. Geen airco.

Pleasant service. Nice outdoor area. Room has a desk and chair. Walking distance from a fantastic restaurant that we went to two nights in a row (Bürgerstube).
The breakfast buffet isn't as good as many of the other comparably priced hotels we've stayed in. Instructions on how to access your room if you arrive when no one is at the reception could have been clearer.
