Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! L’établissement est très propre et bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à seulement quelques mètres de la plage. C’est l’endroit parfait pour profiter pleinement de Cassis, de ses magnifiques paysages et de ses alentours. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Emplacement parfait à Cassis, au pied du port et de la plage ! Appartement très fonctionnel où il ne manque rien ! (Machine à laver, lessive, liquide vaisselle, gel douche…) Nous avons adoré notre séjour !
RAS (il y a une boîte de nuit en dessous de l’appartement ouverte le vendredi et samedi mais on entend très peu la musique)

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Strand. Man kann sehr gut auf dem Balkon das Frühstück genießen, mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wirklich notwendig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, aber auch viele leckere Restaurants liegen in der Nähe. 5 MInuten entfernt ist ein sehr guter Italiener, dessen Pizza man sich zum Strand mitnehmen kann.
DIe Klimaanlage erreicht kaum das Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist zusammengewürfelt und die Kochutensilien reichen um wirklich nur das nötigste kochen zu können.
Das Badezimmerfenster ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Very central location, very close to the beach, and the town was very safe generally. It was relatively easy to pick up and return the keys. There was plenty of cookware and a decent fridge in the kitchen as well as a modern washing machine.
There is motorbike parking across the road and two bars below playing loud music all day. As a result the balcony is extremely noisy and so basically unusable. The apartment is a bit rundown - a hole in the balcony had been roughtly plastered and the apartment on the whole felt very old. The bed and futon where both uncomfortable (we couldn't get the futon to open properly). The shower is tiny and the whole bathroom/back bedroom felt like an extension or add on because of the layout. Communication was through an automated service/AI chat bot, although we didn't really use it. The pictures make the apartment and balcony look bigger than it is. We were only given a single large towel each for a five night stay. The heavier blankets did not feel like they had been cleaned since they were last used (there was no duvet cover). We left a day early and no one from the management company contacted us to ask why. Considering all this and the fact that you have to tidy the apartment and empty all the bins before you leave, it is probably just about value for money, but no more. You are basically paying for proximity to the beach.
