Clean, convenient and comfortable. All of necessary things were in the room.

Double charge. After booking amount was cut, but after check-in host told us, she could not find our payment, so they just forwarded me to booking.com.

Very good

The room was pretty clean and well-equipped. Location is pretty well, not far from the subway station. There is a small park next to the hotel. A public parking lot is in front of the hotel.

Just one thing: there was a some kind of chemical smell in the room, maybe caused by cleaning fluids.

Very cheap hotel with free airport transfer which worked fine. Only reason to stay there, location is otherwise horribly far from nice city center and over 1km from metro. Somehat friendly personnel, spoke barely English but tried. Bed was very comfortable! AC worked well, just not in greatest spot (wind in your face)

Very noisy room, thin wallls and next to busy road. For an airport hotel you would expect more soundproof rooms. Very small ans boring room but given the price more than enough quality

I would differently recommend the hotel and its owners to all my friends! Excellent service!

My Mom traveled alone and didn't have much time to enjoy the friendly hospitality or explore the beautiful city. But the owners positive and friendly greetings, with exceptional service and accommodations didn't go unnoticed even for her short stay. They went above and beyond to greet and make it as comfortable as it could be during my Mom's transitioning through Georgia. We will be forever thankful for their hospitality, their personal touch and direct communication to ensure her needs are met and she is on time for her next journey.

Definitely worth the price!

Staff didn't speak English, but we managed. We bought a beer at an excellent price. Free shuttle to the airport in the middle of the night with 2 cars due to the amount of luggage (though, we gave them a tip).

No elevator, and at least 2 flights of stairs. It's on a main road which was noisy even at midnight.

It is a simple but super cozy place. The staff ist 24/7 available and it has a airport taxi service! The driver I got was driving so smooth compared to the way of georgian “normal” driving. Valeria is a super sweet and friendly host! And you can reach the hotel with the metro easily. I would definitely stay again.

I couldn’t use the windows to see what is going on outside.

Rescued at airport!

Near to the airport, with a great, reliable, pick-up service! Reasonable size room, clean, bathroom, tv and AC.

Being near to the airport, makes it not so near to Tbilisi center.

It was a great place for our family during a long layover,but we were

The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. The shuttle to and from the airport was free, and they also took us to get dinner on the way, recommended good dishes to try, and waited with us while they prepared our order. If we could give the staff an 11 out of 10, we would! The room was also fantastic and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We had to leave at 3 AM--I wish we could have stayed longer! We'll definitely be back!

The floor of the room could have been cleaner and there was a bit of dust...but we didn't mind!
