Great hotel 😊

Loved this hotel! Khanh on the front desk was so amazing and helpful- organised my train ticket for the next day, The bed and pillow were SO comfy! The room was very spacious and clean with a lovely big balcony overlooking the beach ⛱️

Bra hotel när man har rum med fönster, trevlig personal o bra frukost

Bra frukost o trevlig personal. Fint rum.

Att King Superior room innebär ett rum utan fönster, på detta hotell. Mot ett tillägg så fick vi ett bra rum med fönster. Vi tycker att det borde vara angivet att King Superior inte har fönster.

Fantastic staff so friendly, very clean pool small but clean,I was after a quiet few days so location was perfect for me, but I guess for younger people looking for a lively location this would not suit

If I had to pick something it is that the TV is only in vietnamese

Excellent.

Extremelly comfortable beds , pillows especially , I asked and been told are feather pillows. The girls in reception , the ones at kitchen , always prompt in anything we asked or needed. For sure I will come back to this hotel.

Highly recommend

I was satisfied when I first stepped into the studio/room. The room was clean. Facilities are new. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice swimming pool and rooftop. Location: 10 mins to the airport. beachfront.

A bit way from the city center, however, this is not a negative point because it depends on your purpose of staying. If you like a quiet space, you should be here.

It's in a great spot. Only 10 minutes from the airport. It has the beach and the views from the roof are great.

The restaurant only serves breakfast and the way they do it is odd. Just do a simple buffet, Greek themed to go with the hotel would improve the feel.

The staffs are very helpfull are nice to solve my problems with the grab and food

Good hospitality, the staff are always willing to help The room is clean and it's over my expectations with the price, the pool is in the roof with a good sighseeing, and offer different breakfast choices daily

Cos it's near the airport, so it's a little noisy specially in the early morning

Room was ok for the price.

Pool was nice overlooking the beach. Room was a good size with kitchette.

The bed was a mattress on a raised floor so bit difficult to get in and out of for 50+ guests.

It was a quite satisfactory experience in Santori Hotel Danang Bay

Location is very convenient Rooms were cleaned everyday Price/expectation rate is quite satisfactory Personel were so helpful

A vegeterian menu can be added on breakfast menu. Staff prepared a special menu for me.

I like everything about Santori Hotel 🥰 👍 very clean room and comfortable bed 😊 👍 all the staff here are very friendly, smiling and helpful 😊 👍 delicious breakfast 🤗 👍 always refill coffee, tea and toiletries 😊 👍 there's kettle and fridge in the room 🙂 We're so glad that they allow us to check in earlier and very grateful with free upgrade of our room as well 🙏🤗

The breakfast menu is not varied (each person provided only 1 main dish), tastes good but the fruit is fresh. It's not a good position if you prefer to enjoy the beach but easy to go to Da Nang's urban.

The bathroom door is easy to block and we need to ask staff to support us at 12 AM =). It's lucky still have prompt support at midnight. But we think receptionists should remind customers to note about it as soon as they check-in

This was a lovely hotel, and the pool was great.

The rooms were lovely and clean. The pool was amazing. Staff were great.

The location was a little bit out of the way of everything. Was a bit of a walk to find somewhere to eat.

Not quite our cup of tea

The rooftop pool was lovely, as were the staff.

Directly under a flight path. Breakfasts were a bit disappointing. The location didn’t really suit us personally, definitely a more ‘kcal’ type area. The beach across the road and pathway was very unkempt. It was, however, only a 80-100k Dong Grab fare from better areas for food and other things. We had a leaky sink in the bathroom and a bit of an ant issue. Ofdly this was the most we paid per night for a room in Vietnam (we booked with an ocean view balcony) but it was certainly the most inferior accommodation. We stayed the first night then spend the follo3 in Hoi An and only stayed again the last night.

Good for experience Da Nang

A hotel is enough to experience Danang. Near Airport. I had stayed 3 nights in a room that was quite noisy due to traffic noise. Then, the second time I came back, I stayed in another room with very good soundproofing. The pool is cute, but it's more suitable for photography than swimming. Staff is very friendly.

The waitresses were super cute, friendly and wanted the best for us. However, if the quality of the food is better, the hotel will gain a lot of rate.
