N’hésitez pas ! les hôtes sont super gentil et accueillants ,c’est à 5 minutes de la plage et des restaurants et le bungalow est propre à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles 🌟

花园很美，房间布局很美，床很舒服软硬适中，整个环境非常安静，睡了一个好觉。如果可以的话 还是定大房比较好，小房靠近花园的角落，开门的时候会有小蚊子飞进来。房东很好 还给我们绘制了地图。
出门左手边有一家超级好吃的泰餐厅，芒果汁一定要去尝尝。
步行去海边也很方便，喜欢园林 自然花园的不要错过。

The room was very nice and clean. All the rooms are their own separate building. The garden within and surrounding the hotel makes it seem further away from the busy road. All we could hear from our room was the birds and rooster in the morning. The owner of the hotel is the nicest man. He was very accommodating and offered to let us shower after we had checked out before heading to the airport. This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the road that you walk to the beach on has tons of restaurants, massage shops, and souvenir shop.
When we first arrived at the hotel we were a bit skeptical. It doesn't look very nice on the outside. Once we were in our room we realized it would be a nice stay.

Very very hospitable owner, took really good care of us. Spacious room, we even had a living room with a little kitchen area.
To me the place seemed a little outdated and smelled :( also there were small annoying flies all over the property. My husband was totally fine with it though.

La posizione: centrale, ma silenziosa e tranquilla perché le casette si trovano all’interno di un complesso che non dà sulla strada trafficata. La stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort, c’è anche un angolo cucina con microonde, cassaforte. Inoltre la struttura è molto pulita ed il letto super comodo.
Il personale estremamente accogliente e disponibile: ci ha permesso inoltre di effettuare il check out più tardi rispetto all’orario previsto senza costi aggiuntivi viste le nostre esigenze di taxi/aeroporto, regalandoci anche due bottigliette d’acqua prima di salutarci!
Qualche formichina e zanzara, ma sei in Thailandia in un paese tropicale ed è normale che ci siano!

The property is very pretty with the gardens and is well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, too!
We had an issue with bugs getting into our room through areas not sealed to the outside (front door, screen in bathroom). The hot water heater for the shower was also quite weak, which meant our showers were mostly lukewarm.

Мы приехали позже чем должны были, потому что наш рейс задержали, нас очень любезно встретил господин Пауль и провел в наш домик.
Дом чистый, уютный, у нас было целых 2 террасы, обеденное место, микроволновая печь, чайник, холодильник, посуда и все для того чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно.
Чай, кофе, вода даже десерт, нам оставили на столе, а так же букет зелени в вазе, выглядело очень мило.
Комплект полотенец (который постоянно меняли, во время уборки). Есть фен и сейф, а также отдельное спасибо за зеркала, мне было очень удобно как девушке приводить себя в порядок, а так же они всегда были чистые. Целых 2 кондиционера! Один на ночь мы выключали, а дальний оставляли, поэтому даже не простудились, огромный плюс!
Ванна, туалет очень чистые, комфортные!
Огромная, удобная кровать, я высыпалась как никогда! Кровать действительно очень большая! Постельное белье постоянно меняли во время уборки.
Убирают столько, сколько вам необходимо! И действительно качественно! Очень старательные, приветливые люди! Спасибо им за их труд! (Пожалуйста, поблагодарите их чаевыми, оставленными в номере, им будет очень приятно!)
Сам номер очень уютный, нам было очень комфортно и приятно находиться, пару дней я просто оставалась в кровати до самого вечера, потому, что мне было очень комфортно.
Сад потрясающий, днем красота и ночью, мы постоянно сидели и кушали на террасе, можно услышать потрясающие звуки птичек, насекомых, журчание фонтанчиков и т.д. Шум дороги абсолютно не слышен, никаких неприятных звуков, только приятные.
Зелени действительно очень много, за ней следят, очень приятно это видеть!
А так же потрясающие картины, это создавало непередаваемую атмосферу! Я рассматривала их постоянно! Я сама художник и для меня это было так увлекательно и интересно!
Я советую выбрать именно это место! Нигде вы не найдете больше такой души и такого уюта.
Когда мы уезжали я плакала до самого аэропорта!
До моря идти 5 минут. Все в шаговой доступности.

Nice large room with beautiful garden view. The room was really pacious with sperate dining area, living area and bed room, bathroom and toilet were separated. Nice heavy rain shower, very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was new, quiet, excellent wifi. We enjoy the birds sounds in the garden that feel likely home atmosphere. The host was absolutely exceptional, very polite and helpful. Friendly staff. Very good location close to everything. Overall great place to stay and value for money. We will definitely recommend to our friends and stay again.

The owner and the staff were amazing. They provided the best services. Great location in the Karon Beach. Spacious room with all the equipment and facilities you could need. Airconditioner was new, quiet, very clean, strong shower, there were no mosquitoes in the room. Great wifi connection and a good value. Garden was very beautiful with good mantanence.

Perfect place in Karon beach of Phuket. Big accommodation with two rooms and two toilets. The kitchen is also inside. The owner of this resort is very friendly and helpful. Gave us beach towels and beach sunbed. Kindly answered to all our questions. The garden inside the resort is very well maintaned.

The host was extremely kind and helpful. He accommodated our late check in and helped us to get a taxi to the pier. The room was very comfortable and central to Karon.
Not about the property but we didn’t like the Karon area. The water briefly ran black in our toilet and sink also.

Very nice hotel, quiet place, good environments, feeling I am charging fulled battery to myself. Very large room, spick and span. Hotel just finished renovation, very new, clean, perfectly decoration in room. Have a balcony that can be seated, drink& relaxing. I love the green garden, its feeling home.
Locate was not far from the beach, nearby the restaurant and 7eleven.

- the room was big and beautifully decorated, just like the lobby. I loved that the whole interior (room and lobby) was covered in paintings painted by the owner if I'm not mistaken
- after entering the lobby one would go to their room via a beautiful, quiet garden which gives just the right amount of privacy and is its own ecosystem where you can hear the birds sing (it's surprisingly quiet there given that the street is really near)
- location - 10 min. Walk to the beach, just opposite a 7/11, ATMs and street food and laundry places
- free beach parasols and mats

- they have a lovely grey cat who sometimes strolls around lazily or sleeps on the cupboard in the lobby which makes the space even more perfect:)
While staying in the 'big room' I loved almost everything (no TV channels though; they have a nice TV one can use to watch Netflix if one has an account) and will definitely come back there next year.
We extended our stay by one day and stayed in a cheaper standard twin room, which was still nice, but not as comfy as the 'big room' : the windows don't open so you have to either use AC to cool it down or leave the door adjar. The latter is fine during the day but in the evening didn't really work for me due to mosquitoes (no mosquito net there, but you can find it on the windows in the 'big room' where widows do open).
In that twin room the bathroom is also smaller and the shower isn't divided from the toilet so the whole floor gets wet when showering, which is rather normal for Phuket.
The biggest issue though was the fact thatone of the beds was either broken or the mattress had a hole in it... It's possible the owners didn't know as it would be hard to tell if one doesn't lie down... Maybe the former guests broke it and didn't say anything?
Apart from all this which would deter me from other accommodations, the first part of our stay was so good and the environment around is so pretty and peaceful that I would even consider staying in a standard room there (providing we get good beds :)
