About this house rental
We tried to keep the charm and authenticity of this house but bringing it all the modernity possible.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, lounge, TV, laundry, WC
1 ° et. : 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 doubles and 2 cots), 1 walk-in shower room, 1 bath, 1 WC
Enclosed grounds, parking in the yard, garden with garden furniture and barbecue, volleyball net
Supplied and included in the price:
* bed linen (except for baby cots)
* the dishwashing product
* the dishwasher pods
* toilet paper
* garbage bags
* bath mats
* apron and potholders
The optional +:
* If you want all beds to be made for your arrival, just ask in advance (an extra charge of 50 € will be requested upon arrival on the premises)
Not provided :
* bathroom linen (towels, bath towels)
* baby crib linen (no duvet, no sheets, no pillow)
* the sopalin
* tea towels
The mandatory +:
* Tourist tax to be paid on arrival -tarif in force on 01/01/2019: 1 € 50 per night and per person major (tax which is then transferred to the Municipality)
* Obligatory cleaning fee 120 €
* Deposit 700 €

Belle et grande maison, bien équipée. Jardin fort agréable à l'arrière. Grand parking à l'avant. Tout est prévu pour que le séjour se passe bien. Bonne situation, proche des commerces, balades et activités à faire dans les environs. A 25 minutes de la mer. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires.
