simple pero muy costoso

nada en particular.

habitaciónes sin ventanas y muy pequeñas, muy ruidosas las habitaciones y sobretodo muy costoso para las pésimas instalaciones.

Una plan de descanso perfecto

Queda un poco retirado del parque, pero es muy cómodo, la atención es genial y el desayuno delicioso. Muy recomendado! Volvería nuevamente.

Mágico e inolvidable

Nos gusto mucho la decoración interior y la limpieza que tenían en el hotel, además el baño, las sabanas y la cama estaban muy cómodas. Muy atentas la chica de recepción María y la señora Johana, muchas gracias por su linda atención.

Decent hotel but the room was small and the breakfast was average

The location is quiet but 15 minutes walk away from the central square. It was super-clean. Very friendly staff and free games available at the front desk.

The room could have been larger. The shower ran out of hot water very quickly. Location is kinda far from everything. Breakfast was rather short, from 8 to 10 am. Ended up rushing to catch it.

Super friendly staff!

Very very nice and friendly staff, super clean, AMAZING showers, nice breakfast.

We booked this place to stay away from the main square so we wouldn’t be woken up by the church bells. However, there’s a school next to the hotel that starts playing/singing the school’s anthem at 6.30/7 in the morning so we still woke up really early which was rather annoying.

Comfy other than the small room - not much going on

The room was clean, shower was great (when the hot water worked) and the breakfast was good.

The room was extremely small for 2 people and didn’t have room to unpack our things.

The rooms are closet-like and too small to be comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the breakfasts were good. It was located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main plaza in Jardin, in a quiet part of the town. It is a cute place.

The hotel is more like a hostel than a "4 star hotel". It was very bare-bones, with not much in the way of services and amenities. The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. There was a double bed pushed up against the wall, a night table, and a stand-alone closet with a great big TV perched on top of it. There was nowhere to sit and nowhere to put your luggage. Two people could not pass without bumping into each other. I had changed my reservation from a regular room to a larger room after reading several reviews about the size of the room, but the room we got was still tiny. There were no windows to the outside. One window faced a shaft and the sounds carried, although it was quiet through the night.

Very good

The staff was very helpful. The hotel looks very nice and clean. The breakfast was prepared very quickly.

The room is really small. There is only one bed and nothing other could stay there. The space is absolutely limited,. two persons could not be in the room. The is no window.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, very clean, nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

It's a 10-min walk from the main square, which we enjoyed as you get to digest after your meal and it's also quieter than the main area. Walls were thin but it wasn't noisy when we were there .

Short visit but wonderful place to stay.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. The facilities, rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Traditional Breakfast was delicious. It would be great if they could add more fruit options. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Jardín.

Nice place to spend a night

Place is nice, the terrace is cool to chill and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. The view outside too was really nice but that's pretty much anywhere in this lovely town :)

It's just a bit far from center but not too bad since everything in town is pretty much at walking distance. Rooms are somewhat small but good enough.

My friends and I stayed in a triple room with 3 double beds which was a luxury. The bathroom was very clean and had an excellent, spacious shower. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Good quiet location

Boring breakfast, only one window in room & it was located very high. so no view. Bed and room weren’t serviced after first night.

Amazing hotel, highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable room, with a delicious breakfast. The staff and especially the owner really make you feel like part of the family. They went above and beyond helping us, even before we arrived to the hotel. They organized tours and activities for us that were all amazing, and the vibe is really great here- relaxed and fun at the same time. Absolutely recommend and hope to return!

Very quiet yet a few minutes walk from the centre. Very big room ( we took a double room with 2 beds. The 1bed double room is very small). Great Italian shower with hot water. Spotless clean.

restful and peaceful stay in jardin

perfect clean and calm area a little out of the center but just a 7minutes walk to the main square. you can hear the sound of the river which makes it super relaxing. the staff organised a coffee tour for us that was awesome (don’t hesitate to book it with them it was cheap and in a really nice family kept finca that takes their time to show you all the process of coffee making). breakfast is traditional. a little plus was that the tv in our room had Netflix which was enjoyable.

room is a little bit small specially if you have big bags but that didn’t really bother us

The coffee, when it was fresh.

The view from the room was a laundry room. I booked the 'large double' room. The bed was against the wall and the room was about 1 1/2 meters squared. it was noisy all night. Eggs were cold along with the coffee.

Lovely place for a Jardin stopover

That it was quiet at night - just far enough out of the main town to be able to walk. Loved the shower! endless hot water and great pressure.

Noise echoed through the property. Doors closing, people talking.

Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to centre 10min or with tuktuk price 4.000. Quiet place. Very good bad. You can select different room size by different price.

They don't clean the room every day what would be expected.
