Мы остановились в номере Люкс, это двух комнатный номер с двумя туалетами. Постель, матрац все идеально! Красиво, чисто, уютно!
Есть запах в туалете но как я поняла рядом с домом какие то сливы, или засор канализации. Сантехника то вся чистая.

Un hôtel de qualité. La chambre était propre, spacieuse. Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable, mention spéciale pour le serveur du petit-déjeuner (qui parle un peu anglais). Une bonne adresse à Kyzylorda.
La pression de la douche est très très faible, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour le lavage des cheveux. Il y a aussi une odeur très désagréable à l'extérieur, il n'est donc pas conseillé d'ouvrir la fenêtre.

The rooms are large and clean, with decent hot showers
The receptionist was incapable of writing a normal receipt and was overall very slow and sluggish, the internet didn't work properly and AC was worn out and didn't significantly improve the suffocating temperatures.

"I loved the room in general. Nice and clean. And very warm. Bed is comfy. Very friendly stuff. Good breakfast. Location is comfortable to get anywhere. It takes about 15 mins to walk to river side.
