Od prve poruke nakon rezervacije pa sve do odlaska iz apartmana, domaćini su bili iznimno ljubazni, susretljivi i profesionalni. Na svako naše pitanje odgovarali su gotovo odmah i uvijek bili spremni pomoći i izaći u susret. Posebne pohvale za domaćine sa izuzetno visokim stepenom gostoprimstva, koji se rijetko viđa.
Sama lokacija apartmana je odlična, a ako dolazite vlastitim automobilom, ona je najidealnija moguća u Ulcinju s obzirom na blizinu plaža i drugih potrebnih sadržaja. U neposrednoj blizini apartmana nalazi se Voli i HDL hipermarket, apoteka, restorani, bukvalno sve što, eventualno, može da zatreba je udaljeno nekoliko minuta hoda od smještaja… Zgrada u kojoj se nalazi apartman je u jako mirnom okruženju, okružena zelenilom, tako da nismo imali problema sa bukom. Stan je prostran, uredan, čist i opremljen svim potrebnim za ugodan i duži boravak.

A very good and quiet place for spending a few nights in Ulcinj. Rasim is a very nice and helpful owner, communication was very easy. The place is brand new and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. To find the place, use the Voli Supermarket and Kallaba gas station on Bulevar Teuta to pinpoint the access road to Rasi Apartments.

Everything is new and clean.Location is great,very peaceful place and everything you need is close to you from markets, gas pump to coffe shops and such a great place.
