Location was excellent and the place was clean and comfortable When we had a problem with the electric hob it was sorted asap.

The patio area was not really suitable for sitting out, one of the main reasons I had chosen the place.

Location is just fantastic. Just a minute away from the beach and many cafes and restaurants are around the corner. Even though it was central it was very quite during the night. I had an issue with the apartment and it was quickly taken care of.

The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned (terrace and shower were dirty). Check-in was late and the communication around the check-in wasn’t great (no answer despite several messages and calls).

The position was great, the bed was very comfortable and the TV was very good.

The bathroom shower was leaking and made the bathroom very wet, it was also plugged and didn't drain. The fridge had mold all over the rubber of the inside frame and the freezer needed to be defrosted. The outdoor space was dirty and not nice to sit in, and the furnishings were very random. Check in was late and we had to wait over an hour.

Nice open space, great bathroom with a big shower, little touches like dressing gowns and slippers were very nice, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom, great location, very close to the water and to the Duomo. We were lucky with parking (we found a free space), but it meant I didn't move the car all week in case we couldn't get parked again, this didn't matter there was so much to see within walking distance of the apartment.

It's a bit dark inside with little natural light (even with all the shutters open) and the courtyard area was a bit disappointing. We had some issues getting in because I don't use WhatsApp we were waiting nearly an hour.

Dana, the owner is super, super nice! She picked us up when we arrived and sent us back when we left by her car. Besides, she is always sooooo helpful, efficient, generous, tasteful and patient. Stay in her apartment is a very enjoyable, unforgettable experience. You can find everything you need, even the biscuits and hot chocolate powder! All equipments and facilities are new and functional, plenty of dishes, pots and pans... We all love the stay in the King House and will come back definitely. Great host! Super neat Beautiful and spacious Extremely well equiped, from baby wipes, to full on cooking utensils, stocked groceries... slippers, cozy blankets...aaah man...we just loved it! Location superb!
