Was there in Aug this year. Fantastic location, right where you need to be. The place was a good size, the A\C worked well, it was clean and quiet.
The roof deck provided an amazing view, it was open the entire 4 days I was there. Walked out the front door and into restaurants and right in front of the Acropolis.

We enjoyed our stay at this absolutely clean, with the best location apartment. The shower easily handled four people, and the beds were comfy. It was in walking distance to everything we needed. Truly a gem.
We found the house rules regarding the bathroom inconvenient; guests are required to throw toilet paper in the trash can rather than flushing it, and we had to take this trash out daily to bins in front of local restaurants

Be aware there are some false advertisement about this unit
When I was combing through the information, I noticed the management answered to a previous guest request about late checkout because they have a late flight.
It says as long as nobody is checking in on the same day, then they will accommodate late checkout for the guests to store luggage.
That is partially false.
Yes, they accept late Check out but no
They do not allow late checkout beyond 1 PM.
So I was unpleasantly surprised when requested to store luggage till 4 PM
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. They have their rights to set their own policy.
Unfortunately it should have been advertised correctly to allow people to make an informed decision before making the booking.
