We had a very pleasant one-week stay at “In collina sul mare.” It is a beautiful, large house where the owners live, featuring three small studios (40–50 m²).
There is a wonderful infinity swimming pool with a sea view. The garden (home to many cats) is a gem, and the pool is exceptionally clean and maintained daily.
The views from the terrace, pool, and garden are breathtaking.
The house is situated on a hill. A highway runs at the foot of the hill, between the coast and the property; we weren't bothered by it, though the traffic noise can be audible depending on the wind direction.
The studio is small (40 m2) and has a nice bathroom, but the kitchen facilities are very limited.

Nous allons garder un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour à Montenero. Tout est formidable : l’accueil et la sympathie de nos hôtes, l’emplacement sur une colline aérée (inutile d’allumer l’air conditionné même en plein mois d’août), la position stratégique pour visiter le Molise et l’Abruzze (le littoral mais aussi la montagne). Il y a une magnifique plage de sable à 8 mn en voiture (avec une pinède et des dunes, peu d’établissements balnéaires et 10 km de longueur). Bref, à conseiller absolument !

Posto magnifico, in cima ad una collina con gran vista sulla costa, sempre ventilato e fresco. Appartamenti comodi e funzionali, moderni e ben attrezzati. Giardino con piscina splendido e godibilissimo. Bello anche il contesto in mezzo alla campagna, anche se arrivarci è piuttosto agevole. Proprietari squisiti e disponibili. Un luogo dove desideri ritornare.

Įspūdingas vaizdas ir dar puikus Šeimininkas, kuris priduoda žavesio šiai vietai, nes apglėbia savo rūpesčiu, kad viešnagė būtų be problemų.
Reikia nusiteikti musytėms, kurios kandžioja sėdint lauke karštą vakarą, todėl reikia būti pasiruošus žvakę ar purškalų nuo šių vabzdžių
