It was very spacious, the bed was super comfortable, it was very clean, the location was secluded and quiet., while only being a 12 minute drive from Victor Harbor. The self serve continental breakfast was adequate. It was good to be surrounded with peace and tranquility.
Would we stay here again? Yes, for sure.
If I was to be super picky, the bed was low, but like I said before it was super comfortable.

Marilyn was a gracious host, the cooked breakfast was fantastic and her concern when I mentioned I wasn’t feeling well was greatly appreciated. the room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the location and it’s proximity to Victor Harbor. it was peaceful and gave me sone much needed downtime

My husband and I enjoyed the rural setting. The bedroom was clean & tidy. The bathroom was new. The host provided breakfast provisions which was a lovely touch.
It was great value for money and easy to get into Victor Harbor.
-You could hear the host watching TV in the adjoining room when we were in the lounge
-The host entered the space we were using when we were not there without permission
- There are a lot of ‘ DO NOT’ Use signs around the place which gave a negative vibe. ( you could not use the bath, washing machine, pool table etc)
As stated in the information the kitchen / laundry has a small bar fridge , microwave and cooker but no bench space or a space to put anything.
The host was unhappy with me for putting things in the fridge and moving the breakfast provisions around.
I accidentally knocked a butter dish out of the fridge which smashed. I apologised to the host and cleaned up the mess but was told the dish was irreplaceable and I should not have put my own food in that fridge.
