Very clean property, very good location, near the lake.
The room was very silent, during the night we heard no noise except for a shy rooster at some point; we slept perfectly.
Large kitchen well fitted, though one could use a water-boiler.
Our stay was in mid March, so we needed heating and the heating was exclusively by AC (which I personally don't like, because of the white noise).

We looked in short term for a place near Vadu/Corbu beaches to enjoy as much as possible the freedom of untamed sea. So this was the reason we ended up in Corbu. Considering the price we payed the Cosmin House was more than we have expected. Quiet and comfortable with air conditioning and access to a fridge. Clean inside and outside. Enough space inside and outside. Outside you have all you need, even to make and enjoy a barbecue.

Staff was very open and friendly, strongly recommend it. Prices are exceptional. I enjoyed a good and relaxing stay
The road untill the beach side could use some maintanance in the area. Not the responsibility of the guesthouse
