This was a lovely B&B. The rooms were comfy and the host was so nice. A lot of our accommodation in Ireland had been either a shared bathroom or no breakfast so it was so good to have had both here for our last day in Dublin.

Delightfully comfortable, spotlessly clean and a very welcoming host. Lovely quiet area and very close to shopping centre for those who like to shop! Close to the hospital too. Loved the continental breakfast with a number of different options including fresh strawberries and avocados!
I really enjoyed this stay and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast was nice. Noreen was lovely and quite helpful when we needed to know where to go to get the tram. The location was away from the city but very easy to get the tram and not have to worry about traffic.
There are a few things that need improvement. We had at hard time using the keys on the front door. The towels in the bathroom were very hard, not fluffy soft. The pillows on the bed were flat. We had a double bed and the comforter was too small so we used the extra blanket. The internet was very spotty. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. If these improvements were made it would help a lot.
